PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perfluoroelastomer composition which generates no blooming even in a high-temperature condition of 300°C or higher, and provides a colored vulcanized material effectively used as a sealing material for a semiconductor manufacture apparatus.SOLUTION: A perfluoroelastomer composition is prepared by blending 100 pts.wt of a perfluoroelastomer having a cyano group as a crosslinking group, 0.2 to 5 pts.wt of a bisamidoxime compound vulcanizing agent represented by formula HON=C(NH)-(CF)-C(NH)=NOH (n is an integer of 1 to 10), and 0.005 to 0.3 pt.wt of a colorant having a melting point of 300°C or higher.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluororesin gasket for pipe sealing that has a high compression rate when compressed and has an excellent restoration property, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A fluororesin gasket for pipe sealing includes a preform of a gasket forming resin composition including a fluorocarbon resin and hollow inorganic particles as a filler, in which the hollow inorganic particles contained in the preform are crushed so that the volume of the crushed hollow inorganic particles becomes 25-60 volume% of the volume of the hollow inorganic particles prior to the crush. In a method of manufacturing the fluororesin gasket for pipe sealing, the hollow inorganic particles contained in the preform are crushed so that the volume of the crushed hollow inorganic particles becomes 25-60 volume% of the volume of the hollow inorganic particles prior to the crush by molding the gasket forming resin composition including the fluorocarbon resin and the hollow inorganic particles as filler in a sheet shape, and rolling the molded preform.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorine-containing elastomer composition which is flexible, has fuel-barrier properties, and is excellent in properties, such as heat resistance, chemical resistance, and oil resistance, and to provide a sealing material, a molded article, and a fuel hose obtained by performing crosslinking of the fluorine-containing elastomer composition.SOLUTION: The molded article is obtained by performing crosslinking of the fluorine-containing elastomer composition including a polyol-crosslinkable fluorine-containing elastomer, a polyol-based crosslinking agent, and hydrotalcites, wherein 1 pt.wt. or less of an acid acceptor only comprising a divalent-metal oxide or hydroxide and 0.1-6 pts.wt. of the hydrotalcites are included based on 100 pts.wt. of the fluorine-containing elastomer.
Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a method for producing a rotary shaft seal that exhibits improved eccentricity-conforming properties, in which each of the initial characteristics, i.e., a torque reduction (reduced friction) and sealing properties attributed to reduced oil leakage (oil pump rate when the seal member slides), can be improved, and degradation of these characteristics can be inhibited even after friction and abrasion; and the rotary shaft seal. [Means for Solving the Problem] A method for producing a rotary shaft seal, comprising blending a peroxide crosslinking agent into a fluororubber polymer component comprising 95 to 40% by weight of a fluororubber terpolymer obtained by copolymerization with a perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether and 5 to 60% by weight of a liquid fluororubber polymer, to prepare a fluororubber composition, followed by crosslinking and molding the composition; and the rotary shaft seal.
