摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a heating/cooling device provided with an electromagnetic induction heat-generating mechanism and a cooling mechanism in one container to a manufacturing process of bioethanol by improving cooling capacity by the cooling mechanism. SOLUTION: A jacket chamber 2 is disposed in a state of surrounding an outer peripheral face of a container body 1 in which a treated object 9 is inserted, and a cooling pipe 8 is disposed to circulate a cooling medium along an inner peripheral face of the container body 1. In heating the treated object 9, a heat medium 3a of vapor phase obtained by evaporating a heat medium 3 of liquid phase in a liquid accumulating portion 4 by the heat generated by the electromagnetic induction heat-generating mechanism 5, is filled inside of the jacket chamber 2 and the treated object 9 is heated by heating the container body 1 by releasing the condensed latent heat, and in cooling the treated object 9, the cooling medium is circulated to the cooling pipe 8 to directly cool the treated object 9. Thus one heating/cooling device can be applied to the manufacturing process of bioethanol which needs heating, cooling, fermentation temperature retaining and heating processes.
