    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently generate swirl while simplifying the structure of double suction ports connecting to the combustion chamber of an engine. SOLUTION: A first suction port 19 comprising a straight port and having a linearly formed throat 43 generates a first swirl S1 by opening toward the tangential direction of inner periphery of a cylinder 11a. A second helical suction port 20 having a helically formed throat 44 generates a second swirl S2 of the same direction as the first swirl S1 inside it. Thereby, it is possible to efficiently generate the first and second swirls S1 and S2 which do not interfere mutually without substantially inflecting the suction ports 19 and 20 as a whole, and thus possible to reduce the machining cost of a cylinder head, and downsize and simplify its structure.
