PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon nanotube transparent electrode, and its manufacturing method, applicable to a flexible display and with conductivity improved. SOLUTION: The carbon nanotube transparent electrode includes a transparent substrate, a carbon nanotube thin film formed on the transparent substrate. 전자 발생 장치는, 필라멘트와, 상기 필라멘트로부터 전자가 방출되도록 상기 필라멘트에 전력을 공급하는 전원과, 제어부를 구비한다. 상기 제어부는, 상기 전원으로부터 상기 필라멘트에 공급되는 전력에 상관을 갖는 값을 반복해서 검출하고, 검출된 복수의 값을 이용하여, 상기 필라멘트의 상태가 알림 조건을 충족하는지 여부를 판단하여, 상기 상태가 상기 알림 조건을 충족하는 경우에 알림을 행한다.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a light-transmitting metal electrode including a substrate and a metal electrode layer having plural openings. The metal electrode layer also has such a continuous metal part that any pair of point-positions in the part is continuously connected without breaks. The openings in the metal electrode layer are periodically arranged to form plural microdomains. The plural microdomains are so placed that the in-plane arranging directions thereof are oriented independently of each other. The thickness of the metal electrode layer is in the range of 10 to 200 nm.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron gun which is advantageous in brightness uniformity of a crossover.SOLUTION: The electron gun has a cathode, a bias electrode and an anode arranged in order along a common axis. An electron emission surface of the cathode is shaped such that a second region outside a first region including points on the axis has a radius of curvature (second radius of curvature) larger than a radius of curvature of the first region (first radius of curvature), and the brightness of the crossover is more uniform than when the first region and second region both have the first radius of curvature.
