Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability when attaching a high-voltage wire.SOLUTION: A wire connection structure includes: a plurality of battery groups 5 each formed by series-connecting a plurality of batteries 3 provided so as to be spaced from each other; and total electrodes 19 and 21 of the adjacent battery groups connected to each other using a high-voltage wire 9 having crimp terminals 31 and 33 at both ends thereof. The high-voltage wire is connected so that the crimp terminal is fastened by a nut 37 to a conductor 23 of a resin bus bar module 7, the conductor 23 being connected to the total electrode. The bus bar module includes two ribs 45 and 47 (53 and 55) limiting co-rotation of the crimp terminal being fastened, at positions sandwiching the crimp terminal. An interval of the two ribs is set so that a difference between the interval and a width of a straight portion of the crimp terminal connected to one total electrode of the adjacent battery electrodes is set to a first interval dimension L3 and a difference between the interval and a width of a straight portion of the crimp terminal connected to the other total electrode is set to a second interval dimension L6 greater than the first interval dimension.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress electric resistance and realize an excellent mechanical strength while preventing electric corrosion, in a conductive coupling member for use in a battery having a positive output end and a negative output end formed of different kinds of metals from each other.SOLUTION: A conductive coupling member 1 for electric power output for use in a battery having a pair of output ends formed of different kinds of metals from each other, has: an electrode part (a bar part 10) coupled to one output end and formed of the same metal as the one output end; and a bus bar part (a band plate part 11) connected to the electrode part and formed of the same metal as the other output end. The electrode part and the bus bar part are integrated by diffusion bonding.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure of a wiring material to a bus bar in which connection can be made smoothly while ensuring high reliability.SOLUTION: A soldering part 41 having a cross-section area smaller than that of a bus bar 14 is formed at an end of the bus bar 14, and a connection protrusion 42 is formed at the soldering part 41 to erect like a pin. The connection protrusion 42 is passed through a connection hole 22b formed at the connection end 22a of the branch wire 22 of a wiring material consisting of a flexible printed wiring board, and then the connection protrusion 42 and a circuit pattern 22c are soldered.
