    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliver electrical conductive paste for a solar cell which improves the contact between the paste and a silicon substrate positioned below the paste.SOLUTION: An electrical conductive paste composition, in particular an electrical conductive paste composition for a solar cell, contains silver particles, glass frit, an organic medium, and a nanoparticle additive agent. The additive agent contains nanoparticles of an electrical conductive metal, a metal alloy, and/or metal silicide, for example, nanoparticles containing one of nickel, chrome, cobalt, titanium, or an alloy, a silicide, and a compound of these elements. When the electrical conductive paste composition is used for forming an electric contact on the solar cell, the paste reduces the contact resistance between the paste and the substrate and improves the efficiency of the solar cell.
