Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method of properly connecting respective shields in a plurality of extra fine coaxial wires via a common conductive member. The plurality of coaxial wires having the shields that are partially exposed is arranged in parallel. A metal adhesive material is placed on the respective shields in the coaxial wires and is melted by being irradiated with laser light. Then, the respective shields are connected electrically via the common conductive member when the common conductive member is placed on the melted metal adhesive material.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately install a thermal-shrinkage tube at a connecting part between an exposure core wire portion of an electric wire and a terminal.SOLUTION: This invention is related to a manufacturing method for an electric wire with a terminal which installs a thermal-shrinkage tube 30 at a connecting part between an exposure core wire portion 13a of an electric wire and a terminal 20. The electric wire 12 is inserted in the thermal-shrinkage tube 30, and the terminal is connected to the exposure core wire portion 13a. Then, the thermal-shrinkage tube 30 is moved to a position covering the connecting part between the exposure core wire portion 13a and the terminal 20, and a part of the thermal-shrinkage tube 30 is temporarily fixed to at least a part of the electric wire 12 and the terminal 20. After that, the thermal-shrinkage tube 30 is heated to thermally shrink, thereby installing the thermal-shrinkage tube 30.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a water stopping part of a drain wire, to reduce costs for water stopping processing, and to provide high shield performance. SOLUTION: The drain wire 11 led out from the interior to the exterior of a shielded wire 10 is covered with a heat shrinkable tube 15 made of an insulating resin or with a rubber tube 50 including silicone or EPDM (ethylene-propylene rubber), while a water-stop agent 16 is penetrated between element wires of the drain wire in the heat shrinkable tube 15 or the rubber tube 50. In addition, a boundary portion between a terminal 20 connected to an end of the drain wire 11 and the heat shrinkable tube 15 is covered with a rubber stopper 21. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of properly connecting respective shields of a plurality of extra fine coaxial wires via a common conductive member. SOLUTION: The coaxial wires 1 having the shields 13 that are partially exposed are arranged in parallel. A metal piece 4 is mounted on the respective shields 13 of the coaxial wires 1 and the metal piece 4 is melted by being irradiated with laser light L. Then, the respective shields 13 are connected electrically via the common conductive member 3 by mounting a common conductive member 3 on the melted metal piece 4. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
Abstract:
A connector is described, which is suitable for establishing flow communication between passages of a multilumen tubing used with an endoscopic apparatus and between tubes for supplying fluid medium to the multilumen tubing. The connector is adapted for insertion and retraction of a surgical instrument therethrough. The connector comprises a main body portion provided with a through-going bore, which longitudinally extends along the main body portion. The main body portion further comprises a plurality of lateral ports, which are in flow communication with the through going bore. The bore is adapted for insertion thereinto and removal therefrom of a proximal end of the multilumen tubing. The lateral ports are adapted for receiving thereinto the tubes for supplying the fluid medium.
