When the cover part 131 is attached, the fuse H fixed at the fixed part 132 is electrically connected to the holding part 123a.

SOLUTION: A flat surge protection unit 10 is fitted to the central part of a terminal stage 20 installed on an external equipment 2. A pair of electric shock prevention terminal covers 40 are detachably fitted to both ends of the terminal stage 20. The terminal cover 40 is provided with a locking means 41 which can be displaced using a small tool such as a slotted screwdriver in vertical direction for releasing locking, and a stopper 42 which constrains elastic deformation of a contact hardware 23 provided to the terminal stage 20. The terminal cover 40 cannot be removed without a tool, and the surge protection unit 10 cannot be removed if the terminal cover 40 is not removed, for stable electric shock prevention structure.

摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply perform an operation of mounting a fuse box on a battery. SOLUTION: A battery terminal 30 is temporarily assembled to a terminal piece 18 with a fitting hole 19 set in protrusion from a fuse device 11. The battery terminal 30 is provided with a fitting bolt 41 set in protrusion from a support plate 36 at the side of a clamp part 31 of a post. A locking piece 43 with a protrusion 44 fitted at the bottom is formed at the tip edge of the terminal piece 18. When temporarily assembled, the fitting bolt 41 is inserted into the fitting hole 19 of the terminal piece 18 from under with the battery terminal slanted. When the front edge of a top plate 38 of the support plate 36 hits the bottom face of the terminal piece 18, the rear edge of the top plate 38 hits the protrusion of the locking piece 43, which then pulls up the clamp part 31 side. When the top plate 38 is pulled up until it hits the bottom face of the terminal piece 18 with the bending deformation of the locking piece 43, the locking piece 43 makes a restoring deformation to let the protrusion 44 get into the underside of the rear edge of the top plate 38 for locking.

Providing a bendable arm body 51, which has a hooking part 57 on the divided body 32 of the one side, and providing a cutting part 52 in the regulating wall 53 of the divided body 33 of the other side, constitute a first locking means. And, providing a stopping projection in the divided body 32 of the one side, and providing a stopping slot 56 corresponding to the stopping projection in the divided body 33 of the other side, constitute a second locking means. The stopping slot 56 is provided in an extended wall 36 from the sidewalls 33c and 33d of the divided body 33 of the other side.
