摘要翻译: 本发明涉及一种用于制造漆器嵌体的方法,更具体地说,涉及一种用于制造新漆器嵌体的方法,该方法显示了通用嵌入技术无法获得的独特且清晰的镶嵌图案,其中将漆器与用于各种应用的各种镶嵌技术相结合 与现有的油漆颜色相比,由于根据吸收速率的明显的颜色变化而提高了美学特性,并且通过使用各种多孔树脂和材料填充嵌体部分来表现出独特的美学特征。 该方法包括以下步骤:(1)形成或构图陶瓷; (2)通过雕刻技术,冲压技术,糊涂技术,珍珠母技术和上漆中的任一种来实现已经经历了步骤(1)的陶瓷中的嵌入图案 漆粉镶嵌技术; (3)在步骤(2)的陶瓷的空的空间中填充多孔材料作为嵌体图案; (4)饼干烧制步骤(3)的陶瓷,无需搪瓷加工; (5)对除了嵌入图案之外的步骤(4)进行饼干烧制的陶瓷的表面的一部分进行搪瓷处理,并且对填充有多孔材料的嵌入图案的部分进行棕色涂布; 和(6)用漆进行已经经历了步骤(5)的棕色涂层的陶瓷表面的镶嵌图案的部分。

摘要: PURPOSE: A clay composite which is not hardened and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maintain the same property of the clay composite for a long time by mixing porous diatomite powder with liquid materials with hydrophobic and hydrophilic properties. CONSTITUTION: Diatomite powder(10) is pulverized to power of 10-1000 mesh. A liquid material(40) has hydrophobic and hydrophilic properties. The liquid material passes through an pore(11) of the diatomite powder and is distributed by mixing. A clay composite has a clay property with plasticity, a sand property, and a soil property and is not hardened in the air.

摘要: 본 발명은 소각재를 이용한 결정화 대리석 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 소각 비산재 50~80중량%, SiO
2 20~50중량% 및, 발색과 청징, 강화용 첨가제 0.1~3중량%를 혼합하고 1300~1500℃에서 0.5~1.5시간 용융한 후 급냉 배출한 다음, 입도조절 후 내화틀내에 슬래그를 적재하고, 1000~1200℃에서 10분~1시간, 850~1050℃에서 0.5~2시간으로 열처리하여 얻어지는 것이다.
본 발명에 따르면, 쓰레기 소각 후 배출되는 특정폐기물인 비산 소각재를 유리화, 결정화 공정을 통하여 궁극적으로 고가의 처리비가 소요되는 특정폐기물을 1/10~1/30 정도로 부피를 감량하고, 고품질, 고부가가치성 건축자재인 마블계 대리석을 얻을 수 있다.

摘要: The invention provides a method to transform large quantities of waste glass into useful ceramic products by a low-cost manufacturing process. The method improves green strength compared to previous methods, and does not require water or any other liquid solvent. Only one firing step is needed with a low peak firing temperature of about 700°C to about 1000°C. The method conserves energy and natural resources compared to clay-based traditional ceramic manufacturing. High-quality impervious ceramic products can be produced by the invention.

摘要: PURPOSE: A colored clay block and its preparation method are provided, to produce the colored clay blocks which can have various color and is environmental-friendly, with low cost. CONSTITUTION: The colored clay block comprises a clay block(2); and a coating(1) comprising 0-10 wt% of kaolin, 0-25 wt% of feldspar, 4-15 wt% of silica, 5-20 wt% of pottery stone, 0-15 wt% of gairome clay, 0-5 wt% of zirconium, 0-3 wt% of a CMC adhesive and a coloring agent. The method comprises the steps of mixing a coating material composition comprising kaolin, feldspar, silica, pottery stone, gairome clay, zirconium and a CMC adhesive with a coloring agent to prepare a ceramic soil; coating the ceramic soil to the surface of a clay block; drying the coated block in a drying room; and calcining the dried one in a continuous calcination kiln.

摘要: PURPOSE: A method for producing high quality pottery with mother-of-pearl inlay and painting on earthen pottery is provided, which is characterized by joining the production methods of lacquerware inlaid with mother of pearl and ceramicware. CONSTITUTION: The production method is as follows: treating earthen pots sintered at 1000-1050deg.C with wet-sandpapers, and drying; coloring the pot with black, and drying for 2-3days, in two times; attaching mother-of-pearl on the black-colored pot with glue and heat of 85-90deg.C; removing glue around nacre with water and brush; painting the pot with a liquid containing cashew and petroleum in a ratio of 1: 2, and clear and petroleum in a ratio of 1 : 5, in times; coating a liquid of clear and petroleum mixed in a ratio of 3 : 1 over the pot; heating at 600-700deg.C; drying at 18-30deg.C for 2-3days.

Waste-water, sludge, swampy mud disposal system characterized by the step of infusing waste water, sludge, swampy mud through a centrifugal machine (10), that of providing the solid component of infused waste-water, sludge, swampy mud in the above centrifugal machine (10) through the first grinder (20), that of sending a particle size divider (24) to classify the above first grinder (20) passed particle to a fixed size of particle via a membrane filter, that of applying either wet process (30) or dry process (40) according to the above size of particle and that of mixing the above wet and dry process (30, 40) passed particle respectively. This waste-water, sludge and wet mud disposal system classifies inflown waste-water, sludge and wet mud to each state for the manufacturing of bricks, tiles, blocks, concrete, gas, unpolluted organic agricultural chemicals and fertilizers.
