    摘要: An antioxidant composition for carbon-containing refractories is provided to prevent carbon-containing refractories from being oxidized at low temperature of 800-1200 °C when a furnace is heated. An antioxidant composition for carbon-containing refractories includes (A) 100 parts by weight of a base composition comprising (i) 50-70wt% of a magnesia-based powder, (ii) 20-40wt% of a lithium phosphate-based low-melting composite oxide, and (iii) 5-10wt% of a novolak type powder phenol resin, and (B) 0.1-0.5 parts by weight of sodium hexameta phosphate. The lithium phosphate-based low-melting composite oxide comprises a lithium oxide and a phosphorous oxide, and melts at 500-1200 °C. Further, the lithium phosphate-based low-melting composite oxide comprises 20-25wt% of Na2O, 10-20wt% of LiO, 30-40wt% of P2O5, 10-20wt% of Al2O3 and 10-15wt% of B2O3.
