    摘要: PURPOSE: A continuous manufacturing method of a prepolymer is provided to be able to be manufactured at relatively lower hardening temperature or to reduce hardening time, and to obtain a prepolymer with low cross-linking degree and uniformity. CONSTITUTION: A continuous manufacturing method of a prepolymer: a step of supplying a phenol-based resin and oxazoline components to an extruder through a stream A; a step of supplying boron trifluoride or Lewis addition of aluminum trichloride, or arylsulfonic acid or alkylsulfonic acid, or potential arylsulfonic acid or potential alkylsulfonic acid to the extruder through a stream B; a step of supplying epoxide through a stream C; a step of putting the infeed of the stream A in front of the infeed of the stream C; a step of mixing the reactant for residence time of 3 seconds - 15 minutes at reaction temperature of 120-200 °C; and a step of cooling the product of the extruder to temperature of 45°C or lower with 30-60 seconds.
