摘要: 티타니아 압출물을 포함하는 팔라듐-금 촉매의 제조 방법이 개시된다. 티타니아 압출물을, 압출 보조제로서 카르복시알킬 셀룰로오스 및 히드록시알킬 셀룰로오스를 사용해 제조한다. 티타니아 압출물은 개선된 가공성 및/또는 기계적 특성을 개선시켰다. 하소 후, 압출물을 팔라듐-금 촉매를 위한 담체로서 사용한다. 촉매는 아세트산의 존재하에 에틸렌을 산소로 산화시켜 비닐 아세테이트를 제조하는데 유용하다.

摘要: 철계 재료의 고경도 난삭재 절삭의 고능률 절삭에 있어서, 종래의 cBN 소결체 공구와 비교하여, 피삭재의 가공면에 형성되는 가공 변질층 생성의 억제 및 압축 응력의 잔류를 촉진함으로써, 가공 부품의 피로 수명의 향상을 달성하고, 또한 공구의 장기 수명화를 도모한다. 본 발명에 따른 cBN 소결체는, 체적으로 60% 이상 95% 이하의 cBN 성분을 지니고, 70 W/m?K 이상의 열전도율을 가지며, 4a, 5a, 6a족 원소 및 Al 중에서 선택되는 적어도 1종 이상의 원소와, C, N, O 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소의 화합물로 이루어지는 내열막으로 최외측 표면이 피복되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Provided is a dielectric ceramics having crystals composed of BaO, CoO, ZnO, and Nb 2 O 5 , wherein a peak strength ratio I A /I B between a crystal peak I A existing in the vicinity of 2¸=18° and a crystal peak I B existing in the vicinity of 2¸=31° in an X-ray diffraction chart is 0.003 or more. Provided is a resonator using the dielectric ceramics as a dielectric body.

摘要: The present invention concerns the field of solid state capacitors and in particular high performance capacitors for use in modern electronic devices. Specifically, the present invention relates to a method by which powders of valve-action material may be modified to make them suitable for use in the formation of capacitor anodes for solid state electrolytic capacitors. According to the present invention there is provided a method of modifying raw valve-action material powder into capacitor grade structured powder comprising: (i) providing a raw powder to be converted; (ii) compressing a portion of the powder to form a porous solid mass of powder (iii) heating the solid mass to a pre-determined sintering temperature and maintaining the temperature for a pre-determined time period to form a sintered body, (iv) pulverising the sintered body to form a processed powder and (v) optionally grading the powder particles within pre-determined size ranges so as to collect capacitor grade powder.

摘要: In highly efficient cutting of a highly hard poorly cuttable iron based material, it is intended to promote residue of compression stress and inhibition of occurrence of any machining degeneration layer on a machining surface of material to be cut as compared with those by conventional cBN sintered body tools, thereby attaining prolongation of the fatigue life of machined parts and prolongation of tool life. There is provided a cBN sintered body characterized by containing cBN component in an amount of 60 to 95 vol.% and exhibiting a thermal conductivity of 70 W/m.K or higher, and characterized by having its outermost surface coated with a heat-resistant film of a compound of at least one element selected from among elements of Groups 4a, 5a and 6a and Al and at least one element selected from among C, N and O.
