More specifically, the invention relates to a structure having an empty chelate ligand using a samarium ion(III) of lanthanum origin and a 2,2'-bipyridine-5,5'-dicarboxylic acid organic binding compound, and a manufacturing method thereof, a storage method of gas and a method for detecting a metal ion using the structure.
