    摘要: PURPOSE: A method for preventing build up of edge part in galvanized strip by stably controlling generation ratio of the edge build up from 10% level to 0.3% or less in galvanizing process for manufacturing a galvanized strip is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method is characterized that crown of hot rolled coil is controlled to 50 to 60 μm by setting up bender force of stand No. 1 and No. 2 of finish rolling mill as 20 to 50 kgf/cm¬2 and setting up angle of pair cross as 0.2 to 0.3 degree of an angle when hot rolling an article to be galvanized, wherein it is preferable to set up a standard for satisfying less than 3.0% of flatness ((wave height/wave length)x100) at a target crown or more to secure flatness of the strip and satisfying less than 10 mm of off center to prevent deflection of the strip, and build up is prevented from being formed after galvanizing when operation is carried out within the flatness and off-center standard ranges as in operation conditions of 5 mm of off-center, 66 μm of crown and 2.3% of flatness.
