摘要: Systems and methods are described that estimates a remaining useful life (RUL) of an electronic device. Time-series signals gathered from sensors in the electronic device are received. Statistical changes are detected in the set of time-series signals that are deemed as anomalous signal patterns. Anomaly alarms are generated, wherein an anomaly alarm is generated for each of the anomalous signal patterns. An irrelevance filter is applied to the set of anomaly alarms to produce filtered anomaly alarms, wherein the irrelevance filter removes anomaly alarms associated with anomalous signal patterns that are not correlated with previous failures of similar electronic devices. A logistic-regression model is used to compute an RUL-based risk index for the electronic device based on the filtered anomaly alarms. When the risk index exceeds a risk-index threshold, a notification is generated indicating that the electronic device has a limited remaining useful life.

摘要: Methods and systems for managing patient attributions are provided. Interaction events between clinicians and the patient are identified, and using times associated with each interaction, a time series of the interactions for each clinician may be constructed. Care responsibility curves measuring a clinician's care responsibility level over time may be generated using the time series, an initial care responsibility level assigned to each interaction and a rate of decay for each interaction, which may be based on the type of action and type of clinician who interacted with the patient. A care responsibility score for each clinician may be determined from the clinician's care responsibility curve, and a patient-attribution assignment record may be created to attribute the patient to one of the clinicians based on a ranking of the clinicians' care responsibility scores.

摘要: Systems, methods, and other embodiments associated with assessing and adaptively managing query loads are described. In one embodiment, a method includes determining that a query invoked by a client terminal against an application object has a duration that exceeds a completion threshold. In response to receiving a subsequent invocation of the query, statistics for the query are obtained. The obtained statistics are analyzed to determine whether the query causes the unacceptable negative impact on the application object. A data structure is modified to include a classification of the query into one of a plurality of different query classes based on a result of the analysis, and execution of the query in response to a future invocation is controlled based on the classification of the query in the modified data structure.

摘要: Methods, computer systems, and computer storage media are provided for utilizing machine learning to verify payers and/or health plans. HIPAA transactions can be utilized to train a machine learning model to intelligently link payers and/or health plans to specific employers. Initially, transaction data is received from electronic data interchange (EDI) insurance transactions. The transaction data comprises data corresponding to a plurality of employers, a plurality of payers, and a plurality of health plans provided by the plurality of payers. A machine learning model is trained with the transaction data to build a mapping of the plurality of employers, the plurality of payers contracted with each employer of the plurality of employers, and the plurality of health plans provided by the plurality of payers for each employer of the plurality of employers. The machine learning model is utilized to verify the scan data is mapped in accordance with the mapping.

摘要: Systems, methods, and other embodiments associated with automated calibration in electromagnetic scanners are described. In one embodiment, a method includes: detecting one or more peak frequency bands in electromagnetic signals collected by the electromagnetic scanner at a geographic location; comparing the one or more peak frequency bands to broadcast frequencies assigned to local radio stations of the geographic location; and indicating that the electromagnetic scanner is calibrated by finding at least one match between one peak frequency band of the peak frequency bands and one of the broadcast frequencies. An electromagnetic scanner may be recalibrated based on comparing the one or more peak frequency bands to broadcast frequencies.
