摘要: A computing platform is provided to perform continuous monitoring of new genomic variants from external genomic databases and compare the new variants to genomic sequencing results for patients stored in long term cloud storage. The platform provides alerts to clinicians if a patient's genomic sequencing results match one or more of the new genomic variants.

摘要: Systems and methods are described that estimates a remaining useful life (RUL) of an electronic device. Time-series signals gathered from sensors in the electronic device are received. Statistical changes are detected in the set of time-series signals that are deemed as anomalous signal patterns. Anomaly alarms are generated, wherein an anomaly alarm is generated for each of the anomalous signal patterns. An irrelevance filter is applied to the set of anomaly alarms to produce filtered anomaly alarms, wherein the irrelevance filter removes anomaly alarms associated with anomalous signal patterns that are not correlated with previous failures of similar electronic devices. A logistic-regression model is used to compute an RUL-based risk index for the electronic device based on the filtered anomaly alarms. When the risk index exceeds a risk-index threshold, a notification is generated indicating that the electronic device has a limited remaining useful life.

摘要: Systems, methods, and storage media useful in a healthcare computing platform to provide comprehensive safety measurement scores, and the individual safety measurements that make up the comprehensive safety measurement scores, for multiple hospitals in a geographic area and/or within a healthcare system are provided. Systems, methods, and storage media provided receive changes to individual safety measurements to model how changes to individual measurements impact the comprehensive safety measurement score for a hospital.

摘要: Methods and systems for managing patient attributions are provided. Interaction events between clinicians and the patient are identified, and using times associated with each interaction, a time series of the interactions for each clinician may be constructed. Care responsibility curves measuring a clinician's care responsibility level over time may be generated using the time series, an initial care responsibility level assigned to each interaction and a rate of decay for each interaction, which may be based on the type of action and type of clinician who interacted with the patient. A care responsibility score for each clinician may be determined from the clinician's care responsibility curve, and a patient-attribution assignment record may be created to attribute the patient to one of the clinicians based on a ranking of the clinicians' care responsibility scores.

摘要: Systems, methods, and other embodiments associated with assessing and adaptively managing query loads are described. In one embodiment, a method includes determining that a query invoked by a client terminal against an application object has a duration that exceeds a completion threshold. In response to receiving a subsequent invocation of the query, statistics for the query are obtained. The obtained statistics are analyzed to determine whether the query causes the unacceptable negative impact on the application object. A data structure is modified to include a classification of the query into one of a plurality of different query classes based on a result of the analysis, and execution of the query in response to a future invocation is controlled based on the classification of the query in the modified data structure.

摘要: Systems, methods, and other embodiments associated with a machine learning system that monitors and detects health and safety risks in electronic correspondence related to a target field are described. In one embodiment, a method includes monitoring email communications over a network to identify an email associated with a target field. A machine learning classifier is initiated that is configured to classify text from the email with a risk as being related to a safety risk or a non-risk. The machine learning classifier generates a probability risk value that the email is related to a safety risk and labels the email as safety risk or non-risk based at least in part on the probability risk value indicating that the email is a safety risk. An electronic notice is generated and transmitted to a remote device in response to the email being labeled as being safety risk to provide an alert.

摘要: Systems, methods, computer-readable media for automating displays based on admissions, transfers, and discharges are provided. In embodiments, a location associated with a clinician is detected. A role associated with the clinician authenticated to a first device is determined. One or more applications associated with the clinician based on the location and the role is automatically launched on the first device. In embodiments, authentication requests from the clinician are received for a second device. A session associated with the one or more applications is suspended on the first device and resumed on the second device.

摘要: Methods, computer systems, and computer storage media are provided for utilizing machine learning to verify payers and/or health plans. HIPAA transactions can be utilized to train a machine learning model to intelligently link payers and/or health plans to specific employers. Initially, transaction data is received from electronic data interchange (EDI) insurance transactions. The transaction data comprises data corresponding to a plurality of employers, a plurality of payers, and a plurality of health plans provided by the plurality of payers. A machine learning model is trained with the transaction data to build a mapping of the plurality of employers, the plurality of payers contracted with each employer of the plurality of employers, and the plurality of health plans provided by the plurality of payers for each employer of the plurality of employers. The machine learning model is utilized to verify the scan data is mapped in accordance with the mapping.

摘要: A system and associated processes to allocate tenants to servers are disclosed. A set of vectors corresponding to a plurality of tenants to be allocated is generated. A target vector establishing a target value of a sum of vectors allocated to a first server is determined. A first vector included in the set of vectors that satisfies a defined relationship with the target vector is identified, and in response, a tenant corresponding to the first vector is allocated to the first server. It is determined whether a second vector satisfies a defined relationship with both the target vector and the first vector exists. If so, a tenant corresponding to the second vector is allocated to the first server. If not, the tenant corresponding to the second vector is allocated to a second server that is different from the first server.

摘要: Systems, methods, and other embodiments associated with automated calibration in electromagnetic scanners are described. In one embodiment, a method includes: detecting one or more peak frequency bands in electromagnetic signals collected by the electromagnetic scanner at a geographic location; comparing the one or more peak frequency bands to broadcast frequencies assigned to local radio stations of the geographic location; and indicating that the electromagnetic scanner is calibrated by finding at least one match between one peak frequency band of the peak frequency bands and one of the broadcast frequencies. An electromagnetic scanner may be recalibrated based on comparing the one or more peak frequency bands to broadcast frequencies.
