摘要: A TOF camera apparatus for transmitting light signals and recording the light that is scattered back at an object and also for determining the distance of the TOF camera apparatus from the object is proposed, wherein the TOF camera apparatus comprises: a transmitter for transmitting light signals, a receiver for detecting the light scattered back at the object, embodied in the form of a pixel matrix having at least one pixel, a modulation device for producing a modulation signal in order to modulate light signals that are to be transmitted by the transmitter, an evaluation device for evaluating the light detected by the receiver, which evaluation device is connected to the modulation device to obtain the modulation signal for evaluating and determining the distance. In order to make possible particularly reliable error detection, a check apparatus for error detection in at least one of the pixels is provided.

摘要: TOF distance sensor for capturing the distance to an object by receiving radiation reflected by the object, said radiation emanating from a radiation source modulated by a modulation frequency, comprising a pixel matrix for recording a pixel image. The pixel matrix consists of demodulation pixels which are designed for rear-side reception of the radiation. The demodulation pixels comprise a conversion region for generating charge carriers from the received radiation, and a separating device for separating the charge carriers in accordance with the modulation frequency, and also a stop for partitioning-off the conversion region from the separating device in relation to the charge carriers, and also an aperture for passing the charge carriers from the conversion region into the separating device. The TOF distance sensor is embodied in such a way that in each case at least two demodulation pixels form a common aperture.

摘要: A charge transfer device having a charge transfer channel in a semiconductor substrate. The charge transfer channel is formed by overlap of the possible electrostatic effect of the gates with the conduction layer. A clock generator has a clock frequency of more than 100 MHz which applies changes in potential at the clock frequency to the gates, for transporting charge carriers at the clock frequency from adjacent regions of the overlap between adjacent gates and the conduction layer. The charge transfer channel has an influx region which, in the flow direction, is arranged at a lateral outer boundary of the charge transfer channel and which at least partly extends over the regions of exactly two adjacent gates of the charge transfer channel in order to supply charge carriers to the charge transfer channel from a region outside the charge transfer channel that adjoins the influx region from a second charge transfer channel.
