The invention provides a non-invasive detecting apparatus for fruits or vegetables, and ranking method thereof. The non-invasive detecting apparatus includes: a heater, configured to operably heat the fruits or the vegetables, by leaning the heater on a surface of the fruits or the vegetables; a temperature sensor, configured to operably sense a temperature variation level of the fruits or the vegetables, after heating the fruits or the vegetables by the heater; a processor, electrically coupled to the heater and the temperature sensor; a power supply, electrically coupled to the processor for supplying a power to the processor; and a user control unit, electrically coupled to the processor, for turning on, turning off, or setting the heater. According to the aforementioned temperature variation level, a ranking method for the non-invasive detecting apparatus for fruits or vegetables includes: a lowest temperature variation level corresponds to a highest sweetness, and a highest temperature variation level corresponds to a lowest sweetness.

A multifunctional arm cranking exerciser includes an omnidirectional support bracket assembly, which comprises a five-way bracket mounted to a top thereof and having a left side to which a left arm exercising device is mounted and a right side to which a right arm exercising device is mounted. Also mounted on the five-way bracket are a damping adjustment device and a quick release pin device. The quick release pin device allows for quick coupling and positioning of left and right arm cranks of the left and right arm exercising devices at an angular difference of 0 degree or 180 degrees and also allows for quick release and decoupling of the left and right arm exercising devices to be independent of each other. The damping adjustment device adjusts and regulates a level of damping for achieving an effect of efficient exercising.

The inventors have determined, contrary to the prior art and experience, how to successfully use triciribine to treat tumors and cancer by one or a combination of (i) administering triciribine only to patients which according to a diagnostic test described below, exhibit enhanced sensitivity to the drug; (ii) use of a described dosage level that minimizes the toxicity of the drug but yet still exhibits efficacy; or (iii) use of a described dosage regimen that minimizes the toxicity of the drug.

A high-speed and low-noise output buffer with a slew control function in coordination with a GTL+ signal specification according to the invention. In the output buffer, general and speed driving elements concurrently drives a last output element. As an input signal is changed from a first logic level to a second logic level, the general and speed driving elements simultaneously start functioning. First, the speed driving element pulls down the control voltage of the output element to a potential having a potential difference from an expected final potential. Then, the general driving element pulls down the control voltage to close to the expected final potential. The output potential of the output element changes more quickly at the beginning. When close to the expected final potential, the variation of the output potential slows down. Since, the delay time of the output buffer is reduced without causing an over large ring back on the output signal, the output buffer with high-speed and low-noise can be obtained.

Child networks describe distinct physical characteristics of the image, such as thickness of eyebrows. Parent networks describe more general or abstract characteristics related to the image, such as emotional states expressed by the image.

A pulley actuator implements a motor to drive a screw and a guide rod to relatively expand or retract while utilizing one flexible rope and two pulleys to drive three telescoped tubes to relatively expand or retract move correspondingly. The pulley actuator has a simplified structure as compared with the known devices and is easy to fabricate.
