摘要： A modified adenovirus, in particular Enadenotucirev (EnAd), armed with at least two bispecific T cell engager (BiTE™) each comprising at least two binding domains, wherein at least one of the domains is specific for a surface antigen on an immune cell of interest, such as a T-cell of interest. Also provided are a composition, such as a pharmaceutical formulation comprising the virus, use of the virus and virus formulations for treatment, such as in the treatment of cancer. The disclosure also extends to processes for preparing the virus.

[Solution] The present invention provides a viral vector having a promoter that is specifically expressed in cancer stem cells and that can be used for treatment and diagnosis.Furthermore, the present invention provides a method for treating cancer, a method for preventing cancer, and a method for suppressing metastasis using this viral vector, and further provides a method for damaging and a method for identifying cancer stem cells. Furthermore, the present invention provides a labeling agent and a toxic agent for cancer stem cells containing the vector as the active ingredient, and further provides a diagnostic drug, a therapeutic drug, and a metastasis suppressant for cancer.

In certain embodiments, the compositions may comprise a PDE-4 inhibitor, a PDE-5 inhibitor, a compound that elevates cGMP and/or PKG, a stimulator of guanylyl cyclase and/or PKG, a combination of a compound that elevates cGMP, PKG or NO with an antioxidant that decreases ROS, or a compound that increases MMP activity.
