    摘要: A scroll compressor that suffers no decrease in compression performance due to leakage resulting from a twisting assembly error is provided. This scroll compressor includes a fixed scroll and an orbiting scroll, each including a spiral wrap protruding from an end plate and having the same tooth thickness (Tr) and the same base-circle radius (b) defining an involute surface. The fixed scroll and the orbiting scroll are offset from each other by an orbiting radius (ρ) and mesh such that the respective wraps face each other with a phase shift of 180°. The orbiting scroll revolves/orbits along a circular orbit with the orbiting radius (ρ) to compress a gas while a rotation-preventing mechanism prevents rotation of the orbiting scroll.

    摘要: A diaphragm-type pump includes a disk-like diaphragm made of an elastic material which is held between an upper housing and a lower housing. In this diaphragm-type pump, the diaphragm, which has a flat shape before it is mounted in the pump, is bent along a diaphragm stopper and mounted in the pump. Consequently, an urging force is constantly applied to the diaphragm in such a direction as to press it on the diaphragm stopper. The diaphragm is deformed in response to reciprocation of a plunger, and when the plunger reaches the bottom dead center and a cylinder chamber is decreased in pressure, the diaphragm is pressed on the diaphragm stopper by the urging force toward the diaphragm stopper and a feed pressure of a feed pump.

    摘要: A fuel evaporator to be installed between a carburetter and an intake manifold of an internal combustion engine for heating an air-fuel mixture flowing through an air-fuel passage of the carburetter is disclosed. The fuel evaporator comprises at least one ceramic heater formed of a circular PTC ceramic plate having honeycomb-shaped open passages, and at least one electrically conductive metallic plate having honeycomb-shaped open passages of which shape and arrangement are equal to those of the open passages of the PTC ceramic plate. The metallic plate is disposed on one surface or both surfaces of the ceramic heater so that the open passages of the metallic plate are coaxial with those of the ceramic heater. The ceramic heater and the metallic plate are disposed on a stepped portion formed in an insulator and the outer peripheral portion of the metallic plate is fixed to the insulator which is interposed between the carburetter and the intake manifold. The edge portion of the metallic plate, defining at least one open passage is bent in the axial direction thereof and closely inserted into the corresponding open passage of the ceramic heater.
