    Abstract: A use of ganoderma fungal RNA molecules, a drug, a drug composition and a delivery carrier are provided. It has been proved that the tRFs derived from the ganoderma traditional Chinese medicine has an obvious inhibiting effect on airway smooth muscle cell phenotype change (proliferation, abnormal secretion and the like) induced by TGF-β1 and AHR, inflammation and remodeling of asthma mice induced by Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus in the experiments of the present disclosure, which suggests that the tRFs derived from the ganoderma traditional Chinese medicine and a pharmaceutical composition can be a brand new medicine for treating asthma. The drug comprises the RNA molecule and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, diluent and/or excipient. The present disclosure is helpful for the research and development of asthma treatment drugs and provides reference for the research and development of other respiratory system disease treatment drugs.

    Abstract: One embodiment is a method that improves computations of correlation values between a surface roughness and terrain parameters of a terrain surface. The method includes applying the terrain parameters as an input of a Back Propagation Neural Network (BPNN) and the surface roughness as an output of the BPNN; implementing a nonlinear mapping from the input to the output of the BPNN; generating a weight matrix (ω1) and a weight matrix (ω2); and improving computations of the correlation values by calculating a correlation matrix by ω2×ω1, calculating a unit weight which is a sum of absolute values in the correlation matrix, and dividing each value in the correlation matrix by the unit weight.

    Abstract: A caffeoylquinic acid-rich extract obtained from Erigeron multiradiatus and a method for producing the same. A caffeoylquinic acid-rich extract includes at least 15% by weight of a mixture of certain caffeoylquinic acids. The extract with the mixture of caffeoylquinic acids is highly efficacious in treating and preventing myocardial ischemia or myocardial ischemia reperfusion injuries. A method for treating or preventing a disease caused by myocardial ischemia or myocardial ischemia reperfusion includes administering a therapeutically effective amount of the caffeoylquinic acid-rich extract to a subject.     Abstract: A method embeds a watermark image into a host image with adaptive rectangular partition and Lower Upper (LU) decomposition such that a watermarked image is generated with improved computational complexity. The method divides a host image into an Red (R) component, a Green (G) component, and a Blue (B) component, and divides each component of the R, G, and B components into a plurality of M×M size blocks, and partitions each of the plurality of M×M size blocks into a plurality of non-overlapping blocks with adaptive rectangular partition. The method selects a plurality of embedding blocks from the plurality of M×M size blocks for each component of the R, G, and B components of the host image to embed watermark information such that the watermarked image is generated.
