摘要: Carbonyl compounds R.sup.1 --CHR.sup.2 --CHR.sup.3 --CR.sup.4 O (I, R.sup.1 =H or an organic radical; R.sup.2 -R.sup.4 =H or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl) are prepared by selective hydrogenation of the .alpha.,.beta.-unsaturated carbonyl compounds R.sup.1 --CR.sup.2 =CR.sup.3 --CR.sup.4 O (II) in the liquid phase by means of hydrogen in the presence of a palladium catalyst and of from 15 to 50% by weight, based on (II), of a tertiary amine.

摘要: A supported catalyst containing copper and alkali metals, wherein the content of copper is from 1.0 to 12% by weight, based on total catalyst and expressed as metal, and the total content of the alkali metals potassium, lithium and sodium is from 0.3 to 9% by weight, based on total catalyst.The novel catalyst is useful for the preparation of 1,2-dichloroethane by oxychlorination of ethylene.

摘要: A process for the preparation of a very hard catalyst carrier from a mixture of aluminum oxides which in addition to .alpha.-Al.sub.2 O.sub.3 contains other modifications, preferably .gamma.-Al.sub.2 O.sub.3. The .alpha.-Al.sub.2 O.sub.3 is first pretreated with an acid, base and/or metal salt solution and is then mixed with the other aluminum oxides or their intermediates.
