    摘要: A sealing boot for sealing a joint of 8 & 8¼ front differentials, where the sealing boot comprises a first sealing boot section having a first cylindrical inside surface. The first sealing boot section is adapted for being tightly fitted to a shoulder section of an end portion of a differential output shaft protruding a housing of the 8 & 8¼ front differential. The shoulder section is disposed between a male spline and the housing. A second sealing boot section has a second cylindrical inside surface. The second sealing boot section is adapted for being tightly fitted to an outside surface section of an end portion of a CV axle shaft having a female spline disposed therein. The female spline being adapted for being engaged with the male spline of the differential output shaft. The sealing boot forms a sealed enclosure between the first cylindrical inside surface and the second cylindrical inside surface.

    摘要: Presented herein are techniques for initiating a night-time mode of operation in an implantable hearing prosthesis in response to detection of night-time recharging operations. More specifically, an implantable hearing prosthesis comprises a rechargeable battery that is configured to be recharged via an external night-time charging device, such as a pillow charger. The implantable hearing prosthesis is configured to detect inductive charging of the rechargeable battery by the external night-time charging device. In response, the implantable hearing prosthesis is switched to a night-time mode of operation.

    摘要: Improved bits for removal of staples and fabric for re-upholstering, one bit having an elongated shaft, proximal end, and distal working end. The proximal end is for insertion into a power tool. The working end includes a blade wider than the shaft and a plurality of beveled teeth. The bottom section of the tool has a longitudinally cambered bottom surface curved upwardly optimizing the striking, removal action. The blade end is transversely cambered, and converging in depth. The designs create tangential application of forces as opposed to only direct linear application.Another embodiment provides a non-symmetrical bit having a distal working end and chisel-type head that transitions into a curved side section, and an opposing straight angled side section. The bit is longitudinally cambered on the bottom surface, for separating legs of the staple without severing them, or snapping legs off from the staple crown.

    摘要: A system of integrated structural components, designed to fit and connect together using no tools other than human hands, allowing persons with little or no construction experience to assemble floored/partitioned/roofed structures of variable shape(s) and surface area(s). Flooring panels are inserted and secured into flooring frames that have been inserted and secured into frame connectors. Flooring frames may be anchored into an outdoor installation surface for long term use. Certain configurations of the frame connector allow for the installation of variable height partition supports, as well as partition panels. A special configuration of the flooring frame allows for wheeled implement/conveyance access to the floored surface from the surrounding surface. Open, unfloored areas may be created within the periphery of a structure. Roof panels are installed onto and supported by roof brackets, roof beams and integrated gutter sections. Precipitation is conveyed to downspout pipes and fittings via downspouts.
