摘要： A bag-making device for cross base bags limits the number of quality defects resulting from the fabrication tolerances of the conveyor belt. The device has working stations that perform working steps on bag tube sections during the bag making operation. At least one working station is equipped with a tool that is mounted on a tool roller and that runs through its working position during each rotation of the roller. The bag-making device has a conveyor system that conveys the tube sections through the working stations with conveyor belts, and a drive system that drives conveyor drive wheels and the tool rollers such that the drive wheels are driven with lesser angular speed than the tool rollers.

The paste unit includes a glue reservoir, a metering roller connected with the glue reservoir, a glue application roller which may be connected to the glue reservoir and a making roller connected to the glue application roller which transfers glue from the application roller to the bottom warps or the star seal bottoms. Drive mechanisms assigned to the above listed rollers enable the circumference speed of the glue application roller and of the making roller to be adjusted independently of one another.

摘要： For cleaning an adhesive applicator with driven adhesive rollers, which can be rotated around vertical axes and which together with a housing, which is positioned at these adhesive rollers and whose side edges rest or almost rest against the adhesive rollers, forms an adhesive chamber, the adhesive is removed first from the adhesive chamber, for example by opening a floor seal. Then wash water is introduced into the adhesive chamber. The wash water is displaced into turbulent flows by driving the adhesive rollers alternating in opposite directions to each other. The wash water is drained after a fixed cleaning period.

Contrarily to presently used devices, said device is provided with at least one gluer (10, 20, 30, 40) which comprises at least one glue reservoir (21) or at least one glue duct (33, 52, 53), the glue contained in the reservoir or in the duct being exposed to a pressure higher than ambient pressure. The glue reservoir (21) or the glue duct (33, 52, 53, 55, 72, 73) is provided with at least one output orifice (71) for applying the glue to the sheets (2) and/or to the folded bottoms (1). The inventive method for operating said device is also disclosed.

The axis of the tubular pieces (1) during conveyance through said bottom laying device is oriented in a horizontal and orthogonal manner in respect to the direction of conveyance of said tubular pieces. The novel and inventive aspect of the device thus disclosed is that it enables further reduction of the dimensions of the middle of the bottom (A) without oversignificant reduction of the diameters of the counter press cylinders (7,7).

The task of the invention is to suggest a device that restricts the quality defects brought about by the fabrication tolerances of the conveyor belt.What is innovative and inventive about the invention is that the bag-making device has several working stations (30, 31) that implement several working steps on the tube sections (1). At least one working station (30, 31) is equipped with a tool that is mounted on a tool roller (7, 9) and that runs through its working position during each rotation of the roller (7, 9). Furthermore, the bag-making device disposes over a conveyor system (3, 4, 6) that conveys the tube sections (1) through several working stations (30, 31) and consists essentially of conveyor belts (3) and also a drive system (5, 12) that drives the drive wheels (4) and tool rollers (7, 9) and coordinates their rotary motions.
