摘要: In a coating system, two rollers are arranged adjacent to one another. A donor foil with rheological material dispensed thereon is advanced through a gap between the two rollers. Such gap spreads the dispensed material over the donor foil, coating the donor foil with a layer of the material with a uniform thickness associated with the gap width. Each roller is supported on a holder. Adjustment of the gap width may be effected by keeping the position of one of the holders fixed, while horizontally translating the position of the other holder. The position of the translatable holder may be adjusted by pistons and linear actuators. The pistons may bias the moveable holder towards the stationary holder. The linear actuators mounted on the moveable holder may extend respective arms against the stationary holder, thereby countering the biasing of the pistons and pushing the moveable holder away from the stationary holder.

摘要: A coating device includes: a first roll including a roll surface on which an application liquid is deposited; a first scratch off member configured to scratch off the application liquid from the roll surface of the first roll; a second roll including a roll surface configured to contact with the roll surface of the first roll, wherein the second roll is configured to rotate in a rotation direction opposite to a rotation direction of the first roll, the application liquid is transferred from the roll surface of the first roll to the roll surface of the second roll, and the second roll is configured to transfer the transferred application liquid to a steel strip; and a second scratch off member configured to scratch off the application liquid from the roll surface of the second roll.

The heat source is provided for heating an elongated thermo-softening material to a predetermined temperature. The first rollers and the second rollers are provided on opposite sides of the elongated thermo-softening material for compressing the thermo-softening material to form the thermo-softening material.

The surface plate (31) has, in its portion covering the recess (33), a liquid exit part (3b) that permits exit of the liquid in a pattern different from the opening shape of the recess (33) and a liquid block part (3c) that blocks passage of a liquid. The liquid exit part (3b) is formed of a porous material having a large number of fine pores.

摘要: An edge banding machine has: a glue-applying unit including a glue container mounted on a mounting plate, and a glue-applying roller rotatable relative to the glue container; a transmission unit including front and rear conveying wheels and a transmission member connected between the front and rear conveying wheels for driving the glue-applying roller; and a feeding unit including two juxtaposed vertical rods disposed on the mounting plate and spaced apart from each other by a passage distance, and two elongate projecting blocks spaced apart from each other by a distance that reduces gradually in a direction toward the front conveying wheel. The projecting blocks are spaced apart from the vertical rods by a gap distance. A ratio of the gap distance to the passage distance is not more than 4.

摘要: [Object] To provide a roll-to-roll vacuum deposition apparatus capable of easily and speedily adjusting a pressing force between a printing roller and a backup roller.[Solving Means] In the present invention, by adjusting a pressing force between a printing roller and a backup roller through a relative movement of a mask forming unit including the printing roller and a transfer roller with respect to a vacuum chamber, individual adjustments of the printing roller and the transfer roller are eliminated and an adjustment of a pressing force on a unit basis is realized, thus achieving simplification of a structure, simplification and enhancement in precision of tasks, and a reduction in work time.
