    摘要: A tunable delay cell (TDC) is disclosed, the TDC is applied to power gating circuit design, and the TDC is connected with control unit. The TDC comprises multiplexer, delay unit, clock signal input line, control signal line, power source terminal and combinational circuit. The signal provided by the control signal line can control the clock signal provided by the clock signal input line whether to be delayed a predetermined time by the delay unit or not. The control unit controls the combinational circuit to be turned off to make the TDC stop working.

The database is used to store a plurality of contact information. The calculating module calculates a plurality of relative distances between the plurality of contact information and a target position, and generates a plurality of marked information by comparing the relative distances with a predetermined distance. The retrieving module retrieves a map image according to the target position and the predetermined distance. The ranking module ranks the marked information according to the relative distances to generate a ranking result. The display module displays the map image and the marked information according to the ranking result simultaneously.

The optical disc evaluation method and access apparatus for evaluating compatibility between a disc and a disc drive described herein was created and designed to increase efficiency during disc accessing. The optical disc access apparatus comprises of a receiver and an optical disc scoring unit. The receiver is configured for retrieving a reflected signal from a disc while the optical disc scoring unit is configured for generating information in response to the reflected signal. The resulting information indicates the compatibility between the disc and disc drive.

The digital video recorder for executing the task comprises a receiver, a detector, a determination unit, a memory, and a display. The receiver receives a command and the detector detects the capability of the digital video recorder. The determination unit determines whether the digital video recorder can execute the task according to the capability at a first time. If not, the determination unit determines whether the digital video recorder can execute the task at a second time, or whether another digital video recorder can execute the task at a third time. In addition, the memory can store a task result, which can be shown on the display.
