Abstract: A solid electrolyte that gives high withstand voltage to solid electrolytic capacitors, a solid electrolytic capacitor using this solid electrolyte, conductive polymer dispersion for forming the solid electrolytic capacitor, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The solid electrolyte is formed using conductive polymer dispersion and includes conductive polymer in the dispersion. This conductive polymer is poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) doped with a polyanion and the crystallinity of the conductive polymer is 20% or less. The solid electrolyte is formed by transpiring a solvent from the conductive polymer dispersion. The conductive polymer dispersion is poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) doped with a polyanion and is formed by transpiring the conductive polymer with the crystallinity of 20% or less.

Abstract: A surface acoustic wave device includes a piezoelectric substrate formed from a Ca3Ta(Ga1-xAlx)3Si2O14 single crystal, and an interdigital electrode formed on the surface of the piezoelectric substrate and formed from Al. The interdigital electrode is configured to generate a Love-wave-type SH wave on the surface of the piezoelectric substrate. A normalized film thickness obtained by dividing the film thickness of the interdigital electrode by the wavelength of the Love-wave-type SH wave is 0.16 or less.

According to the present invention, provided is a supported metal catalyst, comprising a support that is a collective body of conductive particles; and dispersed active metal particles supported on the conductive particles, wherein the conductive particles include a plurality of pores, an average entrance pore diameter of the pores is 1 to 20 nm, a standard deviation of the average entrance pore diameter is equal to or less than 50% of the average entrance pore diameter, a number fraction of the active metal particles supported in a surface layer region of the conductive particles divided by the total number of the active metal particles is equal to or more than 50%, and the surface layer region is a region on a surface of the conductive particles or a region in the pores within a depth of 15 nm from the surface.-
