Abstract: To provide a functional film with which a functional laminated glass excellent in adhesion between layers can be obtained, and a functional laminated glass excellent in adhesion between layers.
A functional film (transmission image display film 10) comprising a substrate film (transparent film 11) and a functional layer (light scattering layer 12) containing an organic material, which has a deposited layer (first deposited layer 13, second deposited layer 14, third deposited layer 15) formed of an inorganic oxide having an isoelectric point of at most 6 or at least 7.4 as measured by streaming potential method, either one of or both on the outermost surface of the functional film and between the substrate film and the functional layer.

Abstract: There is provided a transparent screen which is capable of separating a direction where a hot spot is observed and a direction where a bright video is allowed to be observed, and establishing a direction where a video is allowed to be wholly brightly observed.A transparent screen includes a first transparent layer, a reflective layer reflecting projected video light, a second transparent layer disposed opposite to the first transparent layer with respect to the reflective layer so as to make a background visible therethrough; wherein the reflective layer has a plurality of slant reflective surfaces, each of the slant reflective surfaces being slant to a reference surface that is a surface of the first transparent layer opposite to the reflective layer; wherein each of the slant reflective surfaces is provided with a concavo-convex and is formed in a stripe shape when seen from a normal direction of the reference surface; and wherein the slant reflective surfaces are disposed so as to have angles to the reference surface, the angle changing with random variations in of range with respect to a certain central angle.

Abstract: To provide a reflective transparent screen exhibiting high brightness over a wide region in the screen although with a narrow viewing angle, and an image display system.
    A reflective transparent screen comprising:
a first transparent layer 32 having an irregular surface,
a reflective layer 40 formed on the irregular surface, and
a second transparent layer 52 formed on the irregular surface on which the reflective layer 40 is formed, so as to fill irregularities,
the irregular surface of the first transparent layer 32 having a slant angle in a first direction being within a range of from −44° to +44°, and a slant angle in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction being within a range of from −44° to +44°.

Abstract: A screen as a transparent screen has an anisotropy. The screen has a first scattering layer disposed on a side of a first surface thereof and exhibiting scattering. The screen has a second scattering layer disposed on a side of a second surface thereof as a rear side of the first surface. When the screen is disposed so as to be directed perpendicularly and exhibit the anisotropy in upward and downward directions, light entering into a surface of the second scattering layer facing the first surface from an upward direction is scattered more strongly than light entering into the surface of the second scattering layer facing the first surface from a lateral direction in the second scattering layer.
