Abstract:
A height adjustable resting device including a first plate fixable in use against a wall of an electric household appliance; a the second plate having a resting guide slidingly carried along longitudinal edges vertical to the first; a slider sliding on a first face of the first plate, facing an opposite second face of the second plate, transversally to the longitudinal edges, integrally provided with a pin which overhangingly protrudes from the first face; a channel-shaped track on the second face, slidingly engaged by the pin and having two branches parallel to the longitudinal edges, having on an upper edge a plurality of recesses adapted to engage the pin resting thereon and for each recess, at least one pair of abutting surfaces obtained on a lower edge to guide the pin from a recess to the next as a consequence of a vertical movement of the second plate.
Abstract:
A decelerating device having a casing defining internally a chamber (5) filled with a viscous fluid, e.g. silicone oil; and a movable member fitted in fluidtight manner to the casing, so as to be housed at least partly inside the chamber and immersed in the viscous fluid; the movable member has partition means for dividing the chamber substantially in fluidtight manner into at least two adjacent portions varying in volume as a function of the position of the movable member with respect to the casing; and calibrated constriction means for maintaining permanent hydraulic connection of the at least two adjacent portions of the chamber, so that the viscous fluid flows between the chamber portions as a consequence of relative motion between the movable member and the casing.
Abstract:
An adjustable refrigerator shelf assembly receives electrical power through a loosely draped conductor held within a pocket on one side of the shelf assembly. The shelf assembly may include a detent mechanism allowing adjustment of the shelf assembly upward and downward by successive lifting and lowering of the shelf without direct manipulation of a detent or a lock allowing both the detent mechanism and conductor to be wholly covered at all times.
Abstract:
A drawer container device that can be inserted in a refrigerated cell to define a separate compartment, including at least a shelf provided with mating elements with the respective side walls of the refrigerated cell in a first position such as to define, immediately below the shelf, a first predetermined volume and at least one cup-shaped drawer delimited by at least one side wall placed transversely to the shelf and located in a position beneath the shelf with its concavity facing the latter, the shelf being selectively moveable between the first position and a second position located at a different height from the first and in which the shelf delimits a second predetermined volume beneath itself; the side wall of the drawer being defined by a pair of adjacent elements sliding relative to each other and placed parallel to and at least partially facing each other; regulating elements of the pin-and-groove type being interposed between the relatively sliding elements to selectively position them such that the side wall substantially occupies the entire height of the first and second predetermined volumes; in this way, the volume of the compartment can be varied by simply lifting the side wall of the drawer and the above shelf.
Abstract:
A removable closing device (1) for a liquid food product container (2), having a neck (3) fixable in fluidtight manner to the container, and a removable cap (4) for closing the neck in fluidtight manner; the cap and the neck have mating, inclined-surface coupling means, in particular, screw means; the cap is cup-shaped, and includes a sleeve portion (5) having a threaded portion (6) and an end collar (7) which faces the neck in use; the sleeve portion having, between the threaded portion and the collar: weakening means (21) permitting, in use, elastic radial deformation of the threaded portion, so that the cap, at least the first time it is inserted, can be clicked onto the neck; and a tampering indicator (10) having shear-off stop means (11) which, in use, upon attempted removal of the cap from the neck, cooperate with and are sheared by mating stop means (12) on the neck (3).
Abstract:
A decelerating device includes a bushing and a pin carried coaxially by the bushing. A first end of the pin is housed inside the bushing and a second end of the pin, opposite to the first end, projects axially in cantilever fashion from the bushing. Inside the bushing, between the pin and one internal side wall of the bushing, there are housed, alongside one another, at a pre-set axial distance apart from one another, one or more deformable annular gasket elements. Each deformable annular gasket element has in radial cross section, in undeformed conditions, a peripheral profile defining at least one concavity.
Abstract:
A service device for a refrigerator having a refrigerating chamber, the device having an electric circuit portion and a mechanical portion. The electric circuit portion is connectable to the refrigerator outside the refrigerating chamber, and the mechanical portion is at least partly insertable inside the refrigerating chamber and cooperates with the electric circuit portion.
Abstract:
A device for locking a seat back in desired predetermined positions comprises a slider 3 slidable in a slideway 2 provided in the seat base 1, 1' and pivoted at one end to a connecting rod 9 which connects the slider to the seat back 10, and locking pawl 6 fixed to an axle 21, to which is also fixed a handle 8. The slider and the pawl are provided with series of arcuate teeth 4, 4' and 5, 5' capable of meshing with one another, and the pawl is urged by a spring 7 into mesh with the slider, and can be disengaged manually from the slider by means of the handle 8.
Abstract:
An arrangement for connecting an air filter for automotive vehicles to an associated carburetor. The filter including a cap and a housing having at least one sleeve projecting from the bottom wall thereof. Said sleeve being closed at its free end by a cross wall provided with a slot which is registerable with complimentary slots in the cap. A connecting device comprising a seat for the end of a pin permanently fixed to said carburetor and projecting from it. The seat is in an insert having on its outer surface two diametrically opposite ribs adapted to engage teeth provided on surfaces facing each other of two diametrically opposite legs when the insert, on moving upwardly, penetrates between the legs, thereby catching the end of the pin. At the end of the connecting device opposite the seat is a head adapted to be received through said registerable slots and rotated relative thereto to thereby secure the assembled filter relative to the carburetor.
Abstract:
A system for dampening an opening motion of a door includes a frame, an access door and at least one dampening member. The access door is rotatably secured to the frame. The access door is configured to be moved with respect to the frame between closed and completely open positions. The at least one dampening member is secured to the access door or the frame. The dampening member(s) dampens movement of the access door toward the completely open position over a range of motion.
