摘要： A heat dissipating device for a lighting module includes a frame having connecting portions and assembling portions each interconnected between two adjacent connecting portions. Each end of each connecting portion is connected to an adjacent assembling portion. A plurality of air-guiding members is located on the same side of the frame and each mounted on one of the connecting portions. Each air-guiding member includes an air guiding channel having an opening in each end thereof. Each of several heat dissipating fans is mounted to one of the assembling portions and located between two adjacent openings respectively of two adjacent air-guiding members. Each heat dissipating fan includes a first air guiding hole in communication with an environment and at least one second air guiding hole in communication with the two adjacent openings. The air guiding channels and the heat dissipating fans together form a cycling air channel.

摘要： A heat-dissipating device comprises a heat-dissipating member, at least one heat-dissipating fan, and a rotation control unit. The heat-dissipating member has an airflow chamber inside and includes a plurality of air-guiding holes in communication with the airflow chamber. Each of the at least one heat-dissipating fan has two air-guiding portions, wherein one of the air-guiding portions is aligned with one of the air-guiding holes of the heat-dissipating member. The rotation control unit communicates with and controls the at least one heat-dissipating fan. Accordingly, the heat-dissipating device with a dust auto-removing function can provide a balanced heat-dissipating effect.

The stator unit is fixed to the base and has an insulation unit. The insulation unit has a blocking portion extending towards the open end of the shaft tube portion. The rotor includes a hub having a shaft and a permanent magnet. The shaft is rotatably coupled with the bearing, and an air gap is formed between the permanent magnet and the stator unit. The blocking portion of the insulation unit, the shaft tube portion and the bearing jointly form an enlarged oil chamber at the open end of the shaft tube portion.

Each of the first-phased, second-phased and third-phased coils has a varying inductance value. The varying inductance value has an inductance changing rate greater than 15%. The rotor has a plurality of magnetic poles, each having a magnetic pole face facing the stator. The driving unit has a power input end and a signal input/output end. The signal input/output end is coupled to the first-phased, second-phased and third-phased coils, and the power input end is used to receive power for maintaining operation of the driving unit.

The method further comprises a close-looped operation step configured to control the BLDC motor to attain a predetermined rotational speed via a feedback of the back EMF.
