    摘要: A sensorless starting control method for a brushless direct current (BLDC) motor, comprising a first rotor-positioning step configured to position a rotor in a first position by operating a coil unit in a first excitation state, a second rotor-positioning step configured to operate the coil unit in a second excitation state such that the rotor rotates from the first position to a second position, and an open-looped starting step configured to excite a plurality of coils of the coil unit in sequence so as to drive the rotor to rotate in a predetermined direction, wherein the coil unit generates a back electromotive force (EMF) when the rotor rotates in the predetermined direction. The method further comprises a close-looped operation step configured to control the BLDC motor to attain a predetermined rotational speed via a feedback of the back EMF.

The base includes a shaft tube portion having a closed end and an open end. The bearing is received in the shaft tube portion of the base. The stator unit is fixed to the base and has an insulation unit. The insulation unit has a blocking portion extending towards the open end of the shaft tube portion. The rotor includes a hub having a shaft and a permanent magnet. The shaft is rotatably coupled with the bearing, and an air gap is formed between the permanent magnet and the stator unit. The blocking portion of the insulation unit, the shaft tube portion and the bearing jointly form an enlarged oil chamber at the open end of the shaft tube portion.

    摘要: A sensorless three-phased brushless direct current (BLDC) motor comprises a stator, a rotor and a driving unit. The stator has a first-phased coil, a second-phased coil and a third-phased coil. Each of the first-phased, second-phased and third-phased coils has a varying inductance value. The varying inductance value has an inductance changing rate greater than 15%. The rotor has a plurality of magnetic poles, each having a magnetic pole face facing the stator. The driving unit has a power input end and a signal input/output end. The signal input/output end is coupled to the first-phased, second-phased and third-phased coils, and the power input end is used to receive power for maintaining operation of the driving unit.

The housing has an assembling opening and an electrical connection member on two ends of the housing, wherein an inner surface of the housing defines a receiving room, and a part of the inner surface of the housing adjacent to the assembling opening is an air-guiding wall. The cooling module is disposed at the assembling opening of the housing to form at least one air channel between the cooling module and the air-guiding wall, wherein the cooling module has an air-guiding passage communicating with the receiving room of the housing. The light emitting diode is coupled with the cooling module. Therefore, there is no air inlet or outlet formed on the housing of the LED lamp, so as to provide a simplified structure and to maintain the exterior integrity of the LED lamp.
