摘要： A process for producing non-solid-stated polyester polymer particles having one or more properties similar to polyester polymer particles that have undergone solid-state processing. In one embodiment, the process comprises (a) forming polyester polymer particles from a polyester polymer melt; (b) quenching at least a portion of the particles, (c) drying at least a portion of the particles, (d) crystallizing at least a portion of the particles, (e) annealing at least a portion of the particles. At all points during and between steps (b) through (e), the average bulk temperature of the particles is maintained above 165° C.

摘要： A process for producing non-solid-stated polyester polymer particles having one or more properties similar to polyester polymer particles that have undergone solid-state processing. 摘要： A horizontal trayed reactor operable to facilitate a chemical reaction in a reaction medium flowing therethrough. The reactor can include a plurality of vertically spaced trays disposed within the horizontally elongated vessel shell. The reaction medium can flow in generally opposite directions on vertically adjacent trays so that the reaction medium flows generally back-and-forth through the reactor.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a fluid bed polymerization process including an improved method for cooling the fluid bed. The recycled fluid stream is cooled by a method comprisinga) cooling said gas sufficiently to condense a portion of said gas to a liquid,b) thereafter separating said liquid from said cooled gas,c) compressing said cooled gas,d) thereafter recooling said cooled gas sufficiently to condense a portion thereof to a liquid,e) reintroducing said liquid portions and said recooled gas into said reactor sufficiently to maintain reactive conditions.
