    Abstract: A pipeline robot capable of steering actively comprises at least two driving knuckles and at least one steering knuckle. Every two adjacent driving knuckles are connected by the steering knuckle. A front end cover is fixed on the front end surface of the driving knuckle at the most front end. A sensor is mounted in the center of the front end cover. A rear end cover is fixed on the rear end surface of the driving knuckle at the rearmost end. A universal spherical hinge is arranged in the center of the rear end cover. Each driving knuckle comprises a main frame, driving mechanisms and telescopic mechanisms; the telescopic mechanisms are mounted in the main frame, and capable of causing contraction of the driving mechanisms into the main frame. The steering knuckle can drive the front driving knuckle connected thereto to steer.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a testing device and method for simulating longitudinal-transverse-torsional coupled nonlinear vibration of a drill string in deep-water riser-free drilling. The testing device comprises a pool (1), a motor (2) and a hook load adjustment device (3), wherein a guide wheel (4) is provided on the top of the pool (1); a support seat A (5) and a support seat B (6) are fixed on the bottom surface of the pool (1); an organic glass tube (8) is fixed between the support seat A (5) and the support seat B (6); a casing (9) is respectively provided on the top surface of the support seat B (6) and the top surface of the trailer (7); the left end of the plastic tube (10) extends into the organic glass tube (8) along the axis of the organic glass tube (8). The present invention further discloses a simulation method. The present invention has the following beneficial effects: the structure is compact; the longitudinal-transverse-torsion coupled vibration responses of the drill string under different rotating speeds of the drill string, ocean flow rates, flow rates of the drilling fluid, torsional excitations and longitudinal excitations at the bottom of the formation section is simulated, thereby filling up the blank in the riser-free drilling system.

    Abstract: The invention discloses an experimental device for natural gas hydrate solid-state fluidized mining and crushing, the experimental device comprising a power liquid supply module, a hydrate suction module, a pipeline conveying module, a hydrate fluidized crushing module, a secondary processing module and an experimental data information collection and processing module. An experimental method for the experimental device comprises: turning on the power liquid supply module, the hydrate suction module, the pipeline conveying module, the hydrate fluidized crushing module and the secondary processing module, and collecting pressure and flow data at a plurality of locations by the experimental data information collection and processing module. The present invention has the following beneficial effects: a jet solid-state fluidized mining process is simulated, and a plurality of pressure and flow detection points and sampling ports for crushed samples are provided at the same time so as to facilitate parameter collection; a plurality of component parameters are flexibly variable, including changing a drag-back speed of a moving slider, shape parameters of jet nozzles, and a pressure and flow of a power liquid; a spray head is designed to simplify the experimental device, and a dynamic process of jet crushing may be observed from a side surface of an experimental tank.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a downhole automatic connection device for an oil pipe internal communication cable for intelligent layered water injection. The connection device comprises a water injection pipe string in which a cable lowering mechanism is arranged. The cable lowering mechanism comprises a cable, a cable female connector, a motor and load-bearing blades. The cable female connector comprises a female connector shell, a jack insulating plate and an electromagnet. A cable male connector is also fixedly arranged in the water injection pipe string. The cable male connector comprises a male connector shell, a pin insulating plate and an NdFeB magnet. A pin wire welding point is electrically connected with a sensor on an intelligent water distributor. A lead arranged in the pin insulating plate is connected between a pin and the pin wire welding point. The present invention also discloses a connection method.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a deepwater drilling condition based marine riser mechanical behavior test simulation system. An upper three-component dynamometer, an upper connecting structure, a marine riser, a lower connecting structure and a lower three-component dynamometer are connected between an upper trailer connecting plate and a lower trailer connecting plate in sequence. The invention further discloses a test method. The present invention has the advantages that the mechanical behavior of the marine riser under deepwater drilling condition and marine environment coupling effect can be simulated comprehensively and accurately, and the apparatus can simulate ocean current environment, apply top tension to the marine riser, simulate circulation of internal drilling fluids at different current rates, simulate rotation of the drill stem at different rotational speeds and apply different drill pressures.
