摘要: The present application relates to a wireless communications technology and discloses a method and an apparatus for positioning a mobile terminal The method specifically comprises: according to a first request message sent by a CN for instructing positioning of a mobile terminal, an RNC sending, to a base station of the mobile terminal, a second request message for instructing acquisition of the number of identifications of sub areas associated with the mobile terminal in a cell dividing result, the cell dividing result comprising a plurality of sub areas acquired by division according to an antenna group coverage manner of the base station in a cell the mobile terminal is currently located in; the RNC receiving an identification returned by the base station, of at least one sub area associated with the mobile terminal; and the RNC sending, to an SAS, a PCAP calculation request message carrying the identification of the at least one sub area, and enabling the SAS to determine geographical location information of the mobile terminal according to the identification of at least one sub area, thereby implementing precise positioning of the mobile terminal.

摘要: Disclosed are an access method for a WiFi access point, a WiFi access point and a WiFi system, which relate to communications technology. The present application adds to a WiFi system the RAN and PSCN of a 3G network, and adds a 3G module to an AP, so that the AP can serve as a 3G terminal to access the 3G network, thereby connecting the AP and an AC/BRAS through the RAN and PSCN. Because the 3G network has broader coverage, implementing access point access through the 3G network reduces the complexity of an AP accessing the AC/BRAS.

摘要: A method and a device for selecting a core network device. The method includes: an access network device determining the equipment type of a user equipment (UE); when the equipment type is a machine type communication (MTC) UE, the access network device determining an MTC group identifier corresponding to the UE; when the MTC group identifier corresponds to a core network device, the access network device selecting the core network device corresponding to the MTC group identifier as a core network device which the UE accesses. In the embodiments of the present application, a plurality of MTC UE corresponding to the same MTC group identifier can select the same core network device to access a mobile communication network, and thus being able to save network resources and reduce signaling overhead using a public bearer.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for network capacity control for use in controlling use by a MVNO of MNO network capacity. 摘要: Disclosed are an S1AP signaling transmission method and apparatus. The method comprises: an intelligent mobile edge device receives an SCTP message carrying uplink S1AP signaling of a terminal sent by a Small Cell, determines an operator network corresponding to the terminal according to an S1AP ID carried in the uplink S1AP signaling, and sends the SCTP message carrying the uplink S1AP signaling to the He-GW of the operator network; the intelligent mobile edge device receives an SCTP message carrying downlink S1AP signaling of the terminal sent by the He-GW of the operator network, determines the Small Cell corresponding to the terminal according to an S1AP ID carried in the downlink S1AP signaling, and sends the SCTP message carrying the downlink S1AP signaling to the Small Cell. In this way, a Small Cell may access networks of multiple operators to provide network services for terminals of different operators.
