    摘要: A continuous process for preparation of a polyether polyol in a reactor includes introducing an initial starter/catalyst mixture into the reactor. The initial starter/catalyst mixture comprises an initial starter and a catalyst with the catalyst selected from aluminum phosphate catalysts and/or aluminum phosphonate catalysts and/or residues of these catalysts. In this continuous process, one or more alkylene oxide is continuously introduced into the reactor. Additional amounts of the catalyst and a continuous starter are also continuously introduced into the reactor. The polyether polyol prepared herein is continuously withdrawn from the reactor.

    摘要: The invention relates to a process for working-up a reaction mixture (5) comprising polyetherol and dissolved alkali metal comprising catalyst, wherein at least alkali metal ions of the dissolved alkali metal comprising catalyst are partially or completely removed from the mixture by a membrane separation process, the process comprising following steps: (a) feeding the reaction mixture (5) comprising polyetherol and dissolved alkali metal comprising catalyst into a first chamber (1) of a separation unit (3), (b) feeding a solvent into a second chamber (7) of the separation unit (3), the first chamber (1) and the second chamber (7) being separated by a membrane (9), (c) transporting at least the alkali metal ions of the alkali metal comprising catalyst from the first chamber (1) into the second chamber by passing through the membrane (9).

    摘要: The disclosure relates to a process for preparing butadiene. The process involves nonoxidatively catalytically dehydrogenating butane to obtain a product gas stream containing butane, 1-butene, 2-butene, butadiene, hydrogen and secondary constituents. The 1-butene and 2-butene of the product gas stream is then oxidatively dehydrogenated to give a second gas stream containing butane,2-butene, butadiene, hydrogen, steam and secondary constituents. Next, the butane,2-butene and butadiene are separated from the second gas stream and the butane and 2-butene are then separated from the butadiene product. The butane and 2-butene are then recycled into the nonoxidative catalytic dehydrogenating zone.

    摘要: The invention relates to a process for preparing butadiene from n-butane having the steps of A) providing a feed gas stream a comprising n-butane; B) feeding the feed gas stream a comprising n-butane into at least one first dehydrogenation zone and nonoxidatively catalytically dehydrogenating n-butane to obtain a product gas stream b comprising n-butane, 1-butene, 2-butene, butadiene, hydrogen, low-boiling secondary constituents and in some cases steam; C) feeding the product gas stream b of the nonoxidative catalytic dehydrogenation and an oxygenous gas into at least one second dehydrogenation zone and oxidatively dehydrogenating 1-butene and 2-butene to obtain a product gas stream c comprising n-butane, 2-butene, butadiene, hydrogen, low-boiling secondary constituents and steam, said product gas stream c having a higher content of butadiene than the product gas stream b; D) removing hydrogen, the low-boiling secondary constituents and steam to obtain a C4 product gas stream d substantially consisting of n-butane, 2-butene and butadiene; E) feeding the C4 product gas stream d into a distillation zone and removing a butadiene/butane mixture as the product of value stream e1, to leave a stream e2 consisting substantially of n-butane and 2-butene; F) recycling the stream e2 into the first dehydrogenation zone.
