Abstract: An exemplary embodiment provides a transmission resource determining method and apparatus. A first terminal device obtains a slot format corresponding to at least one other terminal device in a first slot, where the slot format includes a first slot format and/or a second slot format; symbols used for sending information and receiving information in the first slot format are inconsistent with those in the second slot format. The first terminal device determines, based on the slot format corresponding to the at least one other terminal device in the first slot, a slot format corresponding to the first terminal device in the first slot. This may be applied to an Internet of Vehicles, for example, V2X, LTE-V, and V2V.

Abstract: This application provides example sidelink control information sending methods and example communications devices. One example method includes sending, by a first communications device, first sub control information to a second communications device and a third communications device, where the first sub control information is scrambled by using a common scrambling sequence, the first communications device and the second communications device belong to a first communications device group, and the third communications device does not belong to the first communications device group. The first communications device can then send second sub control information to the second communications device, where the second sub control information is scrambled by using a scrambling sequence generated by using a user equipment identifier of the second communications device or a scrambling sequence generated by using a group identifier of the first communications device group.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses example power control methods and apparatuses. One example method includes determining a transmit power of a control channel and a first data subchannel, where the control channel and the first data subchannel completely overlap in time domain and do not overlap in frequency domain. A transmit power of a second data subchannel is determined to be the same as the transmit power of the control channel and the first data subchannel, where the second data subchannel and the control channel overlap in frequency domain and do not overlap in time domain. The control channel and the first data subchannel are sent to a second terminal apparatus at the transmit power of the control channel and the first data subchannel. The second data subchannel is sent to the second terminal apparatus at the transmit power of the control channel and the first data subchannel.

Abstract: Embodiments provide an SDN, an SDN configuration method, an SDN-based data transmission method, and a network controller. A data packet combination function and a data packet split function are separately configured on nodes in the SDN. Therefore, when data packets of a first service are received, multiple small data packets of the first service may be combined into one large data packet. In comparison with transmission of the multiple small data packets, transmission efficiency of the SDN can be improved by transmitting the combined data packet.

Abstract: The present disclosure provide a data transmission method, including: receiving, by a central processing node, downlink user data from a first gateway GW; sending, by the central processing node, the downlink user data to a corresponding base station; and when it is determined that an interface between the central processing node and the first GW is congested, sending, by the central processing node, a first bearer switching request message to the first GW, where the first bearer switching request message is used to instruct the first GW to bypass the central processing node when transmitting data. In the embodiments of the present invention, when determining that an interface between a central processing node and a first GW is congested, the central processing node sends a first bearer switching request message to the first GW, so that the first GW transmits downlink user data with the central processing node bypassed.
