摘要: Drug screening and target identification using surface plasmon resonance imaging (SPRI) of a target protein array is provided. The Target Protein Array/SPRI system is used as parts of a strategy or method for label-free and real-time identification of a target protein or proteins of any inhibitor, agonist or other ligand. Methods that allow for rapidly classifying the mechanism of action of any inhibitor, agonist or other ligand; and for simultaneous identification and purification of an active ingredient of a natural product extract, which acts specifically on a target protein or proteins are provided. Techniques that can be used to prioritize inhibitors, agonists or ligands for lead compound development; to determine the therapeutic index of drug candidates; to assess the range of target proteins of drugs or drug candidates or lead compounds in organisms; and to discover novel target proteins of known drugs or known inhibitors are described.

摘要: Aspects of the present disclosure provide apparatus, methods, processing systems, and computer readable mediums for configuring, based on capability of the user equipment (UE) in switching among multiple component carriers (CCs), the UEs for communications with multiple activated CCs. For example, the network may configure the UE with a number of activated CCs that exceeds a number of CCs supported by the UE for simultaneous connections, such that the UE quickly switches among the activated CCs. The UE can thus effectively utilize more operating bands than the number allowed for simultaneous connections using inter-band carrier aggregations.

摘要: Wireless communications systems and methods related to hybrid repeat request (HARQ) with rate splitting are provided. A first wireless communication device communicates, with a second wireless communication device, a first communication signal including a plurality of information bits. The first wireless communication device determines a number of bits in the plurality of information bits to be repeated in a second communication signal based on channel capacity information. The first wireless communication device communicates, with the second wireless communication device, the second communication signal including the plurality of information bits and a repetition of a subset of the plurality of information bits, where the subset of the plurality of information bits includes the determined number of bits.

摘要: A method for protecting a virtual computer system which may be susceptible to adverse effects from a Denial of Service attack is described. The virtual computer system includes a plurality of VMs. In the method, data that is transferred between the virtual computer system and the computer network is monitored for an indication of a possible Denial of Service attack. If an indication of a possible Denial of Service attack is detected, one or more of the VMs is suspended, to reduce the risk of adverse effects on one or more other VMs.
