    摘要: A linear actuator includes an inner core, and an outer core that is provided outside the inner core in a radial direction while being supported by a pair of flat springs. Permanent magnets are formed at one of the inner core and the outer core, and magnetic pole portions are formed at the other of the inner core and the outer core to face the permanent magnet with predetermined gaps formed therebetween. Spacers are respectively provided between the inner core and the flat springs, abutting portions are respectively configured by abutting facing surfaces of the spacers and the inner core and facing surfaces of the spacers and the flat springs adjacent to the spacers in the axial direction, and a plurality of engagement portions including recesses and protrusions are arranged at the abutting portions.

    摘要: A linear actuator includes a linear actuator body (2), a casing (3) for housing the linear actuator body (2), and insulating oil (L) that fills the casing (3) with a coil (44) of the linear actuator body (2) submerged therein. In such a configuration, heat generated by the coil (44) is quickly released to the oil (L) and is then conducted to the casing (3). The oil (L) fully spreads into gaps in the coil (44), of course. Therefore, heat is released very efficiently. Thus, by improving the heat-releasing characteristic, a linear actuator having a reduced size and a reduced weight is provided.

    摘要: A linear actuator, wherein a permanent magnet is reliably prevented from being damaged. In a first linear actuator, the width of a gap between a first contact section and a second contact section in a radial direction or the width of a gap between the first contact section and the second contact section in a rotating direction is less than the width of a gap between a permanent magnet and a magnetic pole section. In a second linear actuator, a flat plate-like permanent magnet is provided in that one of a movable section and a stationary section which is provided with a coil for generating a magnetic flux for reciprocating the movable section, and that surface of the other which is opposed to the permanent magnet and functions as a magnetic pole surface is formed flat. In a third linear actuator, each of an engaging projection and a cutout is provided so as to be oriented in the direction in which the magnetic force of the permanent magnet acts on the magnetic pole section. At least a portion of the cutout is notched in the direction in which the magnetic force of the permanent magnet acts on the magnetic pole section.
