摘要: A cable with connector includes differential signal transmission cables, a connector at both ends of the cables, a paddle card to electrically connect the differential signal transmission cables to a connected device, sending-side electrodes and receiving-side electrodes that are formed on each of front and rear surfaces of the paddle card at one end portion thereof and are electrically connected to the device, sending-side cable connection electrodes, and receiving-side cable connection electrodes. The sending-side cable connection electrodes are formed on the front surface of the paddle card and the receiving-side cable connection electrodes are formed on the rear surface of the paddle card. The paddle card includes a via to electrically connect the sending-side electrodes formed on the rear surface and the corresponding sending-side cable connection electrodes and a via to electrically connect the receiving-side electrodes formed on the front surface and the corresponding receiving-side cable connection electrodes.

摘要: A cable with connector includes a cable including at least two or more differential signal transmission cables for transmitting/receiving differential signals, a connector at both ends of the cable and including a built-in paddle card to electrically connect the differential signal transmission cables to a connected device. The paddle card includes a sending-side transmission path that is formed on the paddle card so as to transmit electrical signals input from the device to the differential signal transmission cables. The sending-side transmission path includes a common-mode reflecting transmission path that is in a common-mode impedance mismatched to a transmission path of the device so as to reflect common-mode signals input from the transmission path of the device.

摘要: A multilayer wiring board having a first layer and a second layer laminated with a ground conductor, respectively, and having a differential wire line configured with a first wire line and a second wire line, includes a pair of through-holes and which is formed in the first layer and the second layer and electrically connects the first wire line and the second wire line arranged on one surface of the multilayer wiring board and the first wire line and the second wire line arranged on the other surface of the multilayer wiring board, respectively; and clearances and which insulate the ground conductor and the through-holes and, in which the pair of through-holes formed in the second layer is arranged so that a virtual line connecting centers of the pair of through-holes is inclined with respect to a line perpendicular to a signal propagation direction of the differential wire line.

摘要: A cable with connectors includes a differential transmission path disposed in a paddle card and configured to allow transmission of differential signals between a device and differential signal transmission cables; a chip component mounted on the differential transmission path; and a plurality of foot pads disposed on the differential transmission path to allow mounting of the chip component, the foot pads being greater in width than traces forming the differential transmission path. The differential transmission path has a high-impedance portion at a connection thereof to the foot pads. The high-impedance portion has a differential impedance higher than that of the differential transmission path excluding the high-impedance portion.
