A communication beam determining method and a corresponding apparatus are disclosed. The method includes respectively sending, by a network side device, downlink sounding signals by using M beams with a first width, where main lobe directions of any two of the M beams are different; receiving, by the network side device, sounding results returned by user equipment (UE), and determining N beams with a second width based on the sounding results, where the second width is less than the first width, a coverage area of a set of the N beams is smaller than a coverage area of a set of the M beams, and M and N are integers and not less than 2; and respectively sending, by the network side device, downlink scanning signals by using the N beams, and determining, based on scanning results returned by the UE, a first beam for data transmission with the UE.

A wireless communications system includes a channel measurement apparatus and at least two user equipments. The method includes: sending, by the channel measurement apparatus, an antenna domain training sequence to the at least two user equipments; receiving, by the channel measurement apparatus, channel response measurement sequences sent by the at least two user equipments, where the channel response measurement sequences are sequences that are obtained after the antenna domain training sequence passes through channels and that are received by the at least two user equipments; and performing, by the channel measurement apparatus, joint processing on the received channel response measurement sequences of the at least two user equipments to obtain downlink channel state information CSIT.

This application provides a method and an apparatus for training an intelligent model. The method includes: A central node and a plurality of participant node groups jointly perform training of the intelligent model, the intelligent model consists of a plurality of feature models corresponding to a plurality of features of an inference target, participant nodes in one of the participant node groups train one of the feature models, and the training method is performed by a participant node, and includes: receiving, from the central node, first information that indicates an inter-feature constraint variable, where the inter-feature constraint variable represents a constraint relationship between different features; obtaining, based on the inter-feature constraint variable, a model parameter of a first feature model, and first sample data by using a gradient inference model, gradient information corresponding to the inter-feature constraint variable; and sending the gradient information to the central node.

The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and discloses a method, an apparatus, and a system for suppressing interference in a massive multiple-input multiple-output system, which overcome a disadvantage of sensitivity to a backhaul delay during an inter-cell interference cancellation process in an existing massive multiple-input multiple-output system. A specific embodiment of the present invention includes: obtaining channel correlation matrixes of all links, and further calculating a combined outer precoder set according to the channel correlation matrixes, where each combined outer precoder includes at least one outer precoder, and the outer precoder is a semi-unitary matrix and is not sensitive to a backhaul delay. Technical solutions of the present invention are mainly applied to a process of processing interference in a massive multiple-input multiple-output system.

The data stream processing method includes: using a precoding parameter to perform precoding processing on an lth to-be-sent data stream of a current kth transmitting device, where the lth to-be-sent data stream includes a lattice point data stream mapped to a lattice grid; and sending the precoded lth to-be-sent data stream to a kth receiving device, where both l and k are positive integers. The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention can be helpful for filtering out interference, exactly complies with an actual processing procedure of an interfering data stream, and have strong practicability.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a channel state information (CSI) feedback method and apparatus, user equipment, and a base station. The method, performed by a user equipment device, includes: pre-synchronizing, between the user equipment device and a base station, a basis matrix that includes sparsity of CSI in a frequency domain and a space domain; receiving pilot information from the base station; determining, according to the pilot information, a CSI information matrix that includes information about the frequency domain and the space domain of CSI; determining the data by using the CSI information matrix; and feeding back the data to the base station, so that the base station restores the corresponding CSI information from the data by using the basis matrix.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a signal processing method and a base station. By using respective sparse characteristics of a user signal and an interference signal, the user signal and the interference signal are iteratively recovered, that is, the interference signal is first fastened, and the user signal is recovered; and then the user signal is fastened, and the interference signal is recovered. In this way, an iteration cycle is repeated until the recovered user signal and the recovered interference signal meet a preset condition, thereby effectively improving interference cancellation performance, achieving relatively good interference suppression.
