Abstract: This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to data functions. A device may identify a first request received from a data consumer non-RT RIC application (rApp), wherein the first request is received over an R1 termination interface. The device may cause to send a first response to the data consumer rApp in response to the first request. The device may identify a data producer rApp by checking a data catalog in order to satisfy the first request. The device may cause to send a notification frame to the data consumer rApp over the R1 termination interface indicating that data will be delivered to the data consumer rApp.

Abstract: This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to collaboration between user equipment (UE) and network for machine learning. A radio access network (RAN) node B device may transmit, to the CE device, an indication that the node B device supports machine learning; identify a service registration, received from the UE device, indicating that the UE device requests machine learning support from the node B device; transmit, to the UE device, a request for information associated with the UE device, the information associated with at least one of hardware capabilities or machine learning capabilities of the UE device; identify the information received from the UE based on the request for information; and transmit, to the UE device, a machine learning configuration for use by the UE device, wherein the machine learning configuration is based on the information.

Abstract: Embodiments of a system and method for dual connectivity for device to vehicle or vehicle to vehicle communication in a Wireless Network are generally described herein. In some embodiments, processing circuitry may determine a quality of service (QoS) level for data to be transmitted over a first radio access technology (RAT) connection and determine a QoS indicator from the QoS level, the QoS indicator identifying a dual connectivity backup transmission, the dual connectivity backup transmission including a hot, warm, or cold backup. In some embodiments, transceiver circuitry may attempt to transmit the data using a first transmission mode, the first transmission mode using the first RAT connection and the data including the QoS indicator and retransmit, in response to the attempt failing, the data using a second transmission mode.
