    Abstract: A message transmission method for a roadside equipment includes the following steps. A plurality of external sensor information is received. A road intersection sign phase information and a road map information are inputted. An object position analysis, a speed analysis, and an sign analysis in object moving direction are performed based on the external sensor information, the road intersection sign phase information, and the road map information, and a classification of dangerous objects in different groups is outputted. According to a current transmission bandwidth limitation and the classification of the dangerous objects, a dangerous object message with a higher classification of the dangerous objects is preferentially selected and transmitted within available transmission bandwidth.

    Abstract: An object tracking system including a plurality of electronic devices and a server platform is provided. The server platform generates a tracking message based on received event message, and sends the tracking message to at least one of the electronic devices located within a first predetermined range corresponding to the received event message. When one of the electronic devices detects a vehicle matched with one or more vehicle features of the event message according to the received tracking message, the one of the electronic devices generates and sends a notification message to the server platform.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an event reconstruction system including a communication unit, a key information integration device, a storage unit and a computation unit. The key information integration device receives key information from a plurality of image capturing device through the communication unit. The key information includes a first identification code and a second identification code retrieved from a first image capturing device and a second image capturing device respectively. The storage unit stores the key information. The computation unit extracts the key information and confirms the second image capturing device transmitting the second identification code according to the first identification code and the second identification code in the key information. The key information integration device sends a retrieving request to the second image capturing device through the communication unit and receives a video file corresponding to the second identification code from the second image capturing device.

    Abstract: A method and module for estimating after-charge drivable range of an electric vehicle and a driving assistant device are provided. The method includes a power supplement location selecting step, a planned charging time determining step, an after-charge total power estimating step, and an after-charge drivable range estimating step. The planned charging time determining step calculates an estimated driving time for arriving at each power supplement location and an estimated charge waiting time, and determines a planned charging time at each power supplement location. The after-charge total power estimating step calculates an estimated power increment of the electric vehicle and an estimated after-charge total power. The after-charge drivable range estimating step calculates an estimated after-charge drivable range of the electric vehicle centering at each power supplement location according to the current driving information and each estimated after-charge total power.
