    摘要: An apparatus and method for coating a powder material on a substrate is disclosed, to enable various materials such as metal or ceramic powder to be coated on a substrate made of a material having low heat-resistance, the method including supplying a predetermined powder; carrying the supplied powder to a predetermined spraying nozzle by injecting a gas at a room temperature; and spraying the powder carried under conditions of the room temperature and vacuum state on the substrate through spraying nozzle, wherein the grain size of predetermined powder is in a range between about 0.1 to about 10 μm, and the powder is sprayed on the substrate at a velocity of about 500 to about 1200 m/sec.

    摘要: A process for manufacturing an Al—Si alloy for use in a vehicle propeller shaft is provided. The Al—Si alloy manufacturing process includes the steps of heating and melting Al—Si alloy where Si contains 13-40 weight percentage (wt %) of the whole alloy, to thereby prepare melt, maintaining the melt at 700-900° C. and then spraying an high pressure inert gas to the melt and rapidly solidifying the same to thereby obtain a forming body, and extruding the forming body at 400-550° C. The physical properties of the Al—Si alloy manufactured by a spray forming process is at least similar to that of the vehicle propeller shafts which have been already known, and also spotlighted as new alloy compositions which can replace the conventional propeller shaft material.

The method may include rotating a drum, measuring and storing a vibration level of a cabinet while increasing a rotational speed of the drum, and measuring the vibration level of the cabinet after the rotational speed of the drum reaches a target rotational speed and determining whether or not the vibration level of the cabinet is greater than a set value. The method may then include adjusting the rotational speed of the drum if the vibration level is greater than the set value so as to minimize vibration and resonance in a support surface on which the washing machine is positioned.
