    摘要: A method for making a windmill blade is provided, whereby problems with glue joints and with exposure of the workers to environmentally hazardous substances are avoided. This is effected by making the windmill blade in a closed mold with a mold core (3) inside mold parts (22, 48) for formation of a mold cavity (51), in which fiber material (45, 47) and core material (46) are placed. After applying vacuum to the mold cavity (51), matrix material (57) is injected via a filling pipe (29), which is placed at a downwardly oriented side edge of the blade during the filling. Hereby is established a flow front (61) which is used for indicating complete filling when this reaches the trailing edge of the blade and penetrates out through overflow apertures.

    摘要: An arrangement includes a coil-winding-tool to guide a metallic conductor for the forming of a part of the single-layer-coil. The coil-winding-tool is mounted to rotate around a first axis of rotation for the forming of the part of the coil. A conductor-feeding-drum carries the metallic conductor and is designed to hand over the metallic-conductor to the coil-winding-tool for forming. The conductor-feeding-drum is carried by a fixture. The fixture is mounted to rotate around a second axis of rotation, to allow a rotation of the conductor-feeding-drum around the second axis too. The first axis of rotation of the coil-winding-tool is perpendicular to the second axis of rotation of the conductor-feeding-drum, to allow the execution of the winding by the rotation of the coil-winding-tool and by the rotation of the conductor-feeding-drum.

    摘要: An arrangement and method to prevent a collision of a flying animal with a wind turbine is provided. A camera-system is arranged at the wind turbine and the camera-system generate images of the environment of the wind turbine. An evaluation system is coupled with the camera-system and the evaluation system evaluates the images to detect a flying animal within the environment of the wind turbine. A warning system is coupled with the evaluation system and the warning system generates a warning signal if the flying animal is detected by the evaluation system. The camera-system is configured to generate at least panoramic images of the wind turbine environment for the evaluation.

    摘要: An arrangement and a method to retrofit a wind turbine is provided. The wind turbine is retrofitted by at least one of its blades. The blade is prepared for a connection with the hub of the wind turbine. An extension unit is designed and prepared to increase the surface-area of the blade. The extension unit and the blade are designed and arranged to interact with each other by an opening. Thus the opening might be arranged inside the blade and/or inside the extension unit. The extension unit is connected with the blade by an adhesive, which is applied at least partly within the opening.
