A method for making a windmill blade is provided, whereby problems with glue joints and with exposure of the workers to environmentally hazardous substances are avoided. This is effected by making the windmill blade in a closed mold with a mold core (3) inside mold parts (22, 48) for formation of a mold cavity (51), in which fiber material (45, 47) and core material (46) are placed. After applying vacuum to the mold cavity (51), matrix material (57) is injected via a filling pipe (29), which is placed at a downwardly oriented side edge of the blade during the filling. Hereby is established a flow front (61) which is used for indicating complete filling when this reaches the trailing edge of the blade and penetrates out through overflow apertures.

The fixture is mounted to rotate around a second axis of rotation, to allow a rotation of the conductor-feeding-drum around the second axis too. The first axis of rotation of the coil-winding-tool is perpendicular to the second axis of rotation of the conductor-feeding-drum, to allow the execution of the winding by the rotation of the coil-winding-tool and by the rotation of the conductor-feeding-drum.

A camera-system is arranged at the wind turbine and the camera-system generate images of the environment of the wind turbine. An evaluation system is coupled with the camera-system and the evaluation system evaluates the images to detect a flying animal within the environment of the wind turbine. A warning system is coupled with the evaluation system and the warning system generates a warning signal if the flying animal is detected by the evaluation system. The camera-system is configured to generate at least panoramic images of the wind turbine environment for the evaluation.

The tip portion is raked, i.e. curved, in a rotor blade plane comprising the tip base chord and a line which is parallel to the pitch axis of the rotor blade. Additionally, the orientation of the chords with reference to the chord at the tip base changes between the tip base and the tip. In other words, the trailing edge of the tip portion is twisted. Optionally, the tip portion is additionally swept out of the rotor blade plane, which is characterized by a cant angle.
