There is provided a semiconductor device having an arrangement structure in which high-density line patterns having relatively small widths and relatively tight pitches may be formed. The semiconductor device includes a plurality of line patterns that are spaced apart from one another. The plurality of line patterns include a plurality of main lines that have a first gap therebetween and extend in a first direction and a plurality of sublines that are bent from one end of each of the plurality of main lines. The plurality of sublines have therebetween a distance that is greater than the first gap, and may be spaced apart from extension lines that extend from the one end of each of the plurality of main lines corresponding to the plurality of sublines in the first direction.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus are provided for displaying a 3D image using a 2D image in an electronic device. Information related to an inclination of the electronic device is detected from a motion of the electronic device. The 3D image is generated by moving each of a plurality of image layers, which are derived from the 2D image, based on the detected information and motion parallax corresponding to the detected information. The 3D image is displayed.

An image forming apparatus includes a light emitting unit that emits light based on image data, an image forming unit that forms an image by scanning the light emitted from the light emitting unit, a sensing unit that senses a light quantity of the light emitted from the light emitting unit, and a controller that adjusts the image data to make the sensed light quantity reach a predetermined target light quantity and applies the adjusted image data to the light emitting unit.
