摘要： A device for dispensing powdered medicament by inhalation comprises an axially movable metering rod (3) equipped with a dosing recess in the form of a hole (5). The metering rod (3) extends through the interior of the medicament container (1). In a first position the dosing hole (5) is in the medicament container (1) and is filled with a dose of the powdered medicament. In the second position the filled dosing hole (5) is in the air channel (11). The device of the invention has good metering accuracy, it is not susceptible to jamming and provides complete discharge of the powdered dose into the breathing air even if used by a patient having reduced inhalation capacity.

摘要： A method for measuring/recognizing a shape uses at least two electromagnetic oscillations aimed at the measurement subject from two different directions. A device is provided for taking an image of the illuminated subject in a digital form. The image matrix of the image in a digital form is read pixel by pixel and the illuminated strength values of the same pixel from different directions are compared with each other. The difference of the strength values of the two wavelengths of each pixel is added to the corresponding difference of the preceding pixel in the reading direction.

摘要： A powder inhaler comprises a medicament container, a rotatable metering disc extending into the interior of the medicament container and an air channel through which air is drawn via a mouthpiece. The metering disc has one or more peripherally located dosing grooves extending axially through the metering disc. The dosing grooves are filled with a metered dose of the medicament while being inside the medicament container and are transferred to the air channel wherein the stream of inhaled air discharges the dose of the medicament directly from the dosing groove.
