    摘要: An elastic surface wave filter for use as an intermediate frequency filter in a color television receiver, comprising an input electrode provided on a piezoelectric substrate plate for converting an electric signal into elastic surface waves propagating through the surface layer of the piezoelectric substrate plate, a propagation path for the elastic surface waves in the piezoelectric substrate plate and an output electrode for converting the propagated elastic surface wave into an electric signal, wherein the fingers of the input electrode are so arranged that the position at which the overlap of the interleaved fingers is maximum is farther with respect to the output electrode than the middle point along the lengthwise direction of the input electrode and wherein the pitch between the adjacent interleaved fingers is non-uniform on both the sides of the position of the maximum overlap, whereby desired group delay and amplitude characteristics for predetermined frequencies are easily and simultaneously obtained.

    摘要: To eliminate disturbance signals caused by the reflection from the unitary stem areas of comb-like electrodes of an interdigital transducer in an elastic surface wave device, the edges of the unitary stem areas perpendicular to the surface wave propagating direction includes at least one pair of partial edges, the positions of the partial edges in each of the at least one pair of partial edges differ by (2n+1).multidot..lambda./4 from each other in the surface wave propagating direction, and the lengths of the partial edges in the each pair are equal to each other, where n represents zero or a positive integer and .lambda. represents the wavelength of the elastic surface.

    摘要: A surface acoustic wave device on a piezoelectric substrate comprises an interdigital transducer having an interdigital sending part in the forward direction and an interdigital reflecting part in the reverse direction. An electrical phase difference of .phi. (radian) is applied between the sending and reflecting parts, while the distance between the sending and reflecting parts providing a geometrical phase difference therebetween is established to be ##EQU1## where n is a positive integer and .lambda..sub.o is the wavelength of surface acoustic wave. A third, common electrode meanders between the sending and reflecting electrodes.

    摘要: In a FM luminance signal circuit of a signal reproducing circuit of a video tape recorder,(a) a reproduced signal is up-converted by an up-converter, the up-converted signal is divided into two frequency components by a surface acoustic wave filter having a first filter for peaking a high frequency component and a second filter for peaking a low frequency component, a limiter connected to the first filter, an amplifier connected to the second filter, and an adder of an output of a limiter and an output of an amplifier, and the reversal of the levels of the FM carrier signal and side band signal is prevented by above configuration.(b) A side-band glass delay line of 1H (one horizontal scan period) is provided to get 1H delayed luminance signal. Using main luminance signal and 1H delayed luminance signal, a line correlation circuit and a video dropout compensation circuit are realized.(c) In a PAL signal reproducing circuit, where a chrominance signal is delayed by 1H by a comb filter using 2H delay line, 1H delayed luminance signal is used to prevent a chrominance displacement from the luminance signal.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a thin film transistor in which a semiconductor film in a channel portion is provided between a source electrode and a drain electrode, wherein a partition layer (a bank) can be appropriately formed. The method comprises the steps of: forming two underlying electrodes on an underlying layer; forming a partition layer on the surface of the underlying layer containing the two underlying electrodes so as to surround an area where the source electrode and the drain electrode are to be formed; forming the source electrode and the drain electrode by a plating method on the surfaces of the two underlying electrodes, which are surrounded by the partition layer; and applying semiconductor solution, in which a semiconductor material is dissolved or dispersed, to the area surrounded by the partition layer so that a semiconductor film is formed in the area.

    摘要: A steering column device where an inner column can be reliably clamped and sufficient rigidity and strength of an outer column can be achieved. A semi-circular arc rib (132) is formed on the peripheral edge of a closed end section (131) of a slit (13). The rib (132) is substantially semi-circular are-shaped and projects outward from an outer peripheral surface (15A) of an outer column (1). Further, linear ribs (133A, 133B) extend linearly toward the vehicle body front side so as to be continuous from the vehicle body front side of the semi-circular arc rib (132). The semi-circular arc rib (132) and the linear ribs (133A, 133B) reinforce the peripheral edge of the slit (13) of the outer column (1) whose rigidity and strength are impaired. Thus the rigidity and strength of the outer column (1) are improved.
