    Abstract: A display device can include a light emitting element and a pixel circuit including a driving transistor; a first capacitor connected between the driving transistor and a first node; a first transistor connected between the first capacitor and a data line to operate based on a first scan signal; a first light emission transistor connected between the first capacitor and a reference voltage line to operate based on a light emission signal; and a second light emission transistor connected between the driving transistor and a low-potential voltage line to operate based on the light emission signal. The first scan signal sequentially includes a dummy scan signal section and driving scan signal section for turning on the first transistor, and the light emission signal includes a coupling period for turning on the first and second light emission transistors between the dummy scan signal section and the driving scan signal section.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a display panel having a large area, high resolution, a narrow bezel, low power consumption, and having reduced Resistance Capacitance (RC) delay, and a display device including the same. The display panel includes an Active Area Gate-In-Panel (AAGIP) disposed between adjacent pixel blocks, wherein the AAGIP unit is configured to: connect an n scan line disposed in and along sub-pixels of an n-th row of the pixel block on one side of the AAGIP unit and an n scan line disposed in and along sub-pixels of an (n+1)-th row of the pixel block on the other side thereof to each other; and connect an n+1 scan line disposed in and along sub-pixels of an (n+1)-th row of the pixel block on one side thereof and an n+1 scan line disposed in and along sub-pixels of an n-th row of the pixel block on the other side thereof to each other. Thus, defect such as crosstalk or smear caused by data line transition is reduced.

    Abstract: An organic light emitting display device using a multiplexer includes a display panel, a data driver, and a multiplexer. The display panel includes first to fourth data lines and first to fourth pixels respectively connected to the first to fourth data lines. The data driver includes a first output buffer supplying a data voltage to the first and third data lines and a second output buffer supplying a data voltage to the second and fourth data lines. The multiplexer distributes the data voltage from the first output buffer to the first and third data lines in a time division manner and distributes the data voltage from the second output buffer to the second and fourth data lines in a time division manner. The multiplexer connects a data line, which is not connected to the first and second output buffers, among the first to fourth data lines, to an initialization voltage line providing an initialization voltage.

    Abstract: A display device is proposed, the display device including a display panel and a driving circuit, and pixels included in the display panel includes a driving transistor, a light emitting element, a capacitor, and first to sixth switching transistors T1 to T6. T1 senses threshold voltage of the driving transistor, the capacitor stores data voltage and a threshold voltage in both electrodes, T2 applies data voltage to the capacitor, T3 initializes the storage capacitor to reference voltage, and T4 initialize the light emitting element to reference voltage, T5 controls current flow between the driving transistor and the light emitting element, and T6 connects both electrodes of the capacitor. The driving circuit divides one frame into an initialization period, a program period, and a light emission period to drive a pixel, and stops light emission of the light emitting device and make equal voltage across the capacitor, in the initialization period.

    Abstract: A pixel circuit for a display device can include a light-emitting element configured to emit light based on driving current, a driving transistor to control the driving current, and a storage capacitor. The driving transistor includes a gate electrode, a source electrode, and a drain electrode, where a data voltage is applied to the source electrode. An anode electrode of the light-emitting element is coupled to the drain electrode. Further, the storage capacitor has a first electrode connected to a high-potential voltage and a second electrode coupled to the gate electrode of the driving transistor. During an initialization period of a refresh period of the display device, the pixel circuit applies a first initialization voltage to the second electrode of the storage capacitor, applies a second initialization voltage to the anode electrode of the light-emitting element, and applies an on bias stress voltage to the source electrode of the driving transistor.

    Abstract: A display device can include a light-emitting element, a driving transistor providing a driving current to the light-emitting element using a driving voltage, and a plurality of switching transistors controlling driving of the driving transistor are disposed on a display panel. A gate driving circuit supplies scan signals to the display panel through gate lines. An emission driving circuit supplies a plurality of emission signals to the display panel through a plurality of emission signal lines. A data driving circuit supplies a data voltage to the display panel. A timing controller divides the display panel into a plurality of blocks and controls a level of a bias voltage applied to the driving transistor of a corresponding block among the plurality of blocks according to a grayscale of the data voltage supplied to the corresponding block in a low-speed mode operating at a low-speed driving frequency.
