    摘要: The present invention relates to a plasma sterilization module, comprising: a housing which is disposed on a flow path through which air flows, and having a first surface through which the air is introduced and a second surface, opposite to the first surface, through which the introduced air is discharged; a discharge electrode disposed in the housing; and a ground electrode disposed in the housing and spaced apart from the discharge electrode, wherein the discharge electrode is applied with a high voltage to generate a plasma discharge toward the ground electrode between the first surface and the second surface, and the discharge electrode and the ground electrode are disposed so as to allow air introduced into the first surface to directly pass through an area wherein the plasma discharge occurs, and be discharged to the second surface, thereby sterilizing microbes in the air.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a dust measurement device and method which can increase the accuracy of dust measurement by deriving a mass concentration on the basis of a number concentration distribution according to particle sizes. The dust measurement device of the present invention comprises: a charging unit for charging a feed material with electrical charges; a first dust collecting unit including a first and a second dust collecting electrode which are spaced apart from each other, through which the material passes, and to which different voltages are applied; a second dust collecting unit for collecting the material which has passed through the first dust collecting unit; a current measurement unit for measuring current flowing through the second dust collecting unit; and a control unit for calculating a mass concentration of the material by using the value of the current measured by the current measurement unit and adjusting voltages applied to the charging unit and the first dust collecting unit on the basis of the mass concentration.

    摘要: An airborne microbial measurement apparatus and a measurement method thereof are provided. An airborne microbial measurement apparatus according to an embodiment includes a discharge apparatus including a discharge electrode and a voltage supply unit applying a high voltage to the discharge electrode. A substrate is provided to a side of the discharge apparatus to collect an airborne microbe from air by a high voltage applied to the discharge electrode. A reagent injection apparatus supplies a dyeing reagent to the microbe collected on the substrate or a DNA of the microbe. A light emission measurement apparatus senses a quantity of light generated from the DNA to which the dyeing reagent is supplied. The discharge apparatus includes a controller controlling the voltage supply unit so that the voltage is applied to collect the airborne microbe or destroy an external wall of the collected airborne microbe.
