The service providing apparatus further includes a controller that is configured to generate data to be transmitted to a service provider to enable the service provider to perform a service on the electronic product, where the data is generated based on product identification information that is associated with the electronic product and that is determined based on communicator identification information of the electronic product received from the user terminal through the communicator.

This application is a technology with regard to a device that controls a related device based on an operation situation using artificial intelligence, a schedule bot and a server that controls the same, and the device that receives a control of the related device based on the operation situation by an exemplary embodiment of this application includes a function unit that performs a physical function of the device, a communication unit that receives a time schedule and function information from a related device or a schedule management device, and control unit that controls the function unit to maintain a ready state so that a function unit performs a first function at a point that is indicated in the time schedule by using the time schedule and the function information that the communication unit receives.

Disclosed are mobile terminals, home appliances, and methods of operating the same. The mobile terminal may include a controller configured to control display of a screen including an application related to the home appliance in response to an input to execute the application related to the home appliance. The controller may control setting of information, related to any one access point device among a plurality of access point devices stored in the mobile terminal, for connecting to an access point device with respect to the home appliance when product registration of the home appliance is not completed when a login item is selected on the application screen. The controller may also control to transmit a media access control (MAC) address of the access point device to the home appliance based on the set information and perform product registration for the home appliance.
