Abstract: The present invention relates to an electronic device and a method for controlling the same, and more particularly, an electronic device having an artificial intelligence function, the electronic device including a microphone configured to collect audio data, and a controller configured to collect the audio data by controlling the microphone in a background state, predict user-preferred audio data by using prestored user log information, decide recommended audio data from the collected audio data based on the prediction result, and output a user interface for providing the decided recommended audio data.

Abstract: A hairdryer may be provided, the hairdryer comprising: a main body unit provided with a gas discharge unit through which a gas is discharged to the outside, and a handle unit extending from the main body unit, wherein the gas discharge unit comprises: a module power supply unit which is provided at the center of the gas discharge unit and is in contact with a diffuser coupled to the main body so as to supply electric power to the diffuser; and a coupling unit which is provided in an annular shape along the circumference of the gas discharge unit so as to surround the module power supply unit. The diffuser is coupled to the main body unit via the coupling unit, and the module power supply unit is provided to come into contact with the diffuser while facing the diffuser. As such, a user may easily couple the diffuser to the hairdryer. Also, the hairdryer can supply electric power to the diffuser so that the additional function of the diffuser can be easily carried out. That is, user's convenience can be improved.

Abstract: Disclosed are an apparatus and method for controlling auto focus of a camera module including a voice coil motor actuator. The present invention includes a fixed unit having a perforated hole formed therein, a magnet placed inside the fixed unit, a lens unit including at least one lens and configured to linearly move inside the perforated hole of the fixed unit, an Optical Image Stabilizer (OIS) coil placed between the fixed unit and the lens unit to correct destabilization of the lens unit, a moving coil placed on a surface of the lens unit, a fixed coil receiving from the moving coil, a variable current or a variable voltage according to a distance moved by the moving coil, an image signal processing unit processing an image signal sensed by the sensing unit, and a controller configured to provide a signal comprising first frequency signal and second frequency signal to the moving coil, wherein the fixed coil receiving the variable current or the variable voltage through the second frequency signal, calculate a focus position value based on the received variable current or the variable voltage according to a distance moved by the moving coil from the fixed coil and the image signal processed by the image signal processing unit, and control the lens unit to move by applying first frequency signal to the moving coil according to the calculated focus position value, wherein the controller is further configured to receive the second frequency signal only during a specific time slot in order for the second frequency signal to not include noise due to OIS signal and apply the OIS signal to the OIS coil during the rest of a time slot of the second frequency signal.
